I love that I’ve found a 1 stop shop for all of my hair needs and her prices are reasonable. I have been on a turbulent hair journey for several years trying to get my crown and edges to grow back without medications. After several years of seeing a dermatologist who placed me on both oral and topical medications that caused a severe case of inflammation on my scalp, I found Betsy. She has been so helpful in finding a solution other than Minoxidil (which I thought I’d be using for life). She has provided me with the necessary tools to enhance hair growth by balancing my body from within. I must also add that she’s a wonderful stylist. From working with my natural hair to quick weaves and sew-ins. Betsy can do it all!!

I started my journey with Ms B June 2022 by getting my personalized protocol. I didn’t know what to expect. She asked very detailed questions about my health, lifestyle and of course my hair. She inspected my hair and scalp under what I called a microscope and magnifying tool. She was very detailed about the condition of my scalp and hair follicles. After compiling everything, she came to me with my personalized protocol. It had things on there that I didn’t share with her about my health. She really deals with not only the outside (hair) but what is happening on the inside of your body. When I tell you you’re going to get a full detail explanation of your hair lost problem. She can tell you things from the shape of your stool how it affects your body. She have the machines to look deeper into your hair lose problems and always be truthful about what is going on with you inside and out. Sometimes we think we are using the right things to help us. Like me, I was taking the wrong kinds of vitamins which was NOT doing me any good but making my sugar levels high. After she looked things up for me she found the vitamins I was taking was just like me eating a 5 pound bag of sugar. A lot of times we need a professional like Mrs B. to help us out with the things we think we know. One thing I will say about her is she will always tell you the truth. If she can help you in anyway possible she will. She never make promises. She was always straight up with me during my consultation and gave me a detail summary of her findings. Her protocol is detailed and it’s up to you to follow it. If you do the work you get results. If you don’t you want. Nothing changes if nothing change. You are going to be your results. I was introduced to Betsy Hollingsworth (the Trichologist) in a Facebook group. I was suffering from hair thinning, burning and itching. I reached out to her, and she immediately set up a phone consult and subsequently an in person consult. While Kimberly Hobley may have felt she had a bad experience, there is nothing but love at this shop. Tish is an excellent stylist who knows her work and worth. As you were exiting I was entering and couldn’t not help but hear you complaining about the price. Good service, products, and time comes with a price. While the amount you feel was too much, for others, we don’t mind paying that because we know how we feel and look leaving out. I was a walk in when I started coming here 4 years ago. I’m so glad because I wouldn’t go to anyone else I don’t mind paying for quality service. You should have at least tried for yourself rather than trying to give a bad review

I have been with Betsy since 2019. I moved into the area from Columbus, Ga looking for a stylist. One of my clients recommended her. Me being basic just wanted streaks but she sold color on me and I haven’t been back to black since. Her services are so over the top that I have to come to her shop weekly because of the customer service, styles. hair treatment, conversations, and down to earth environment. As the time went on she introduced me to Tricho B. I was a little apprehensive at first, but it changed my life. Not only was the hair treatment, scalp cleaning and etc on point but the services helped with my health. Also, I wore braids for years in addition to hormones which stunted my hair growth and edges. I went to Betsy September, 2022 for her Trichology program and I must say as long as you do what she recommends then the program works! It’s been 6 months later and I’m still noticing changes in my health, physically and mentally. And the best part about her program is you can reset any time! Well I started this journey with Betsy back in April. I did a scan under her Tricology program for health purposes and I must say it has been an AMAZING journey. I started out at 156lbs in a matter of a month I was loosing weight and feeling great I am currently down to a steady 137lbs.
