The food is delicious. The service is perfect. The atmosphere is good. If you arrive and there is a line, don’t let that deter you. The line moves quick and you will get seated. You can’t go wrong with anything you choose on the menu, but if they have branzino, get it.

Carpaccio‘s restaurant in Bal Harbour I called to make a reservation they told me right no reservations first come first serve. I was OK with that. I showed up at 6:30. There was no waiting. They said a table of four right away. They wanted to know if I wanted inside or outside we sat inside. There was plenty of seating available. The waiters were right on top of us, asking us what we needed as we waited for our other party to show up the food was out of this world great Italian choices from fish to pasta to pizza. You won’t be disappointed here everything was off the chain delicious we had a margarita pizza to veal chops with the salad on the Top, a Seabass dish and a salmon all better than any restaurant and the service was incredible

One of the best sea food salads I’ve ever had in such a long time, very fresh and light & worth the price for the portion they give out. It could be a meal for one or shared by multiple.
Linguini mushroom pasta was very tasty & light rich in flavors. I asked for a a hot sauce and waitress came back with a spicy marinara which was really amazing. Def be back to try also different cocktails, watermelon mojito was just perfect. 💚

Outstanding place to treat yourself once in a while! It’s certainly very expensive but it’s worth every cent in my opinion.
My mom and I tried their specialties of the day: Chilean sea bass with grilled vegetables and Lobster with capellini pasta. Both were top tier. I love fish and I consider this sea bass to be easily the best fish I’ve tried in my life!
The service is also so attentive that it makes you feel like a celebrity😆
If you are in the zone, I would definitely recommend going.

Fantastic food; the tiramisu was homemade and is a must-try. The grilled calamari for an appetizer is needed for everyone to share. Don't forget to get a mint lemon citrus tea to complete the night. Service was just okay. However, the food made up for that.

Simply delicious! Is Italian but they don’t have good wines (so you know). The service is very good and the food, just amazing! It is a very good place to go with friends or girlfriend/boyfriend, they have a valet just in front. Is within the Perl Harbour mall and it’s a bit elegant, so wear something nice. 🤟🏻

I was there yesterday and ordered a Sauvignon Blanc from NZ yet didn't care for it. Asked the bartender if I could have a glass of Sangiovese
instead and he promptly switched my wine. Great service Juan Pablo at the bar, Francisco our server.

Pure excellence. Gabriel, the manager, is the head of such a refined team and a wonderful host. Our server tonight was Mariano: his vocation not only shows, but it also serves as guide for the younger generations. The food? You cannot go wrong with anything you order. Our favorites are the beef carpaccio and the Special lobster angel hair pasta with white sauce. Absolutely amazing.

Carpaccios has Never disappointed us on any of our Miami stays. Bustling atmosphere but worth every minute! The lychee martinis are the Best I've ever had. You'll find something delicious on their menu & servers always aim to please. Im a fan. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, polite employees, delicious food, extensive variety of wines, indoor and outdoor options, I had great experience and will definitely go back. The only negative feedback is that they don't reserve a table, and there is always a long line up and waiting time to get it. That needs to be reconsidered by the ownership.

Omg!!! Hands down the best place I've eaten real Italian food in my entire life. Now, when I come to Miami, I will definitely come here. The service was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is incredible and the passion these people put into it is rare. We enjoyed everything about that place, the food and the atmosphere. We had RISOTTO AI PORCINI , tiramisu and the dish of the day which was white fish with lemon glazed and veggies it was more than perfect. The dishes big enough to share ! Definitely Carpaccio will be in my favorite list !!

I go here every time I'm in Florida! Fantastic spot! They don't take reservations, so expect to wait about 30 minutes. I recommend sitting outside for a nice view of the incredible cars. The food is authentic Italian. To start, I recommend the Burrata. It's served with prosciutto and roasted peppers. For the main, the Risotto or Veal are always solid choices. Our kids always take the pasta. My only complaint would be that their espresso is a little on the strong side for my taste, but that is personal. I definitely recommend a visit here, you won't be disappointed.

Busy on Monday. Be ready to make a line and wait. Know that the line does move fast. They do their best to accommodate everyone quickly. Service is attentive. Food was tasty. We had chocolate soufflé. It didn’t come out warm, but the center was melted chocolate. Came with scoop of ice cream. Food was good portions and tasty.
