Carrabba's Italian Grill

Their sicilian chicken soup is outrageously good. We had eggplant parm- excellent- garlic mashed- excellent, Bread- excellent, Fettucine Toscano- very good, Caeser salad- big and good, Veal Marsala- too floury but tender meat. Waitress Jeanine caring and efficient. Brought Mom big cannoli cake- that was excellent- and sang Italian birthday song for her. Pleasent experience- will return when here often! Plus had special for same meal for $10 to take home, bread, olive oil n spices, and soup for $2, which Mom enjoyed next day for lunch!

There was no wait. Julie our server did a great job. The food was the usual Carrabas Italian fare. I had the Tuscan Sirloin Steak with Asparagus, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I washed that down with a glass of red wine and strawberry lemonade. Julie was the server and gave excellent service. I will be back.

It's been a while since I've traveled here, and I'm happy to say the inside improvements are looking really nice. The food and service are always topnotch. The Johnny Trio was really good and filling. I'm glad I tried it. The sundried tomatoes and gote cheese are really nice on the grilled chicken. If you like spicy and salty, the chicken spicy soup is right up your alley and real good. The family says this is the best breed, and the fried zucchini is always a favorite; you can't get enough. The cheesecake is probably the smoothest and best I've had. And that's saying a lot for me because I'm not big on cheesecake. It's nice to sit and enjoy the atmosphere here. Great Food! Great Ambience! The best part of the entire dining experience was Jeannie our server. Jeannie was the BEST Server we have had in a long time. We dine out frequently at least three or four times weekly. Definitely ask for her Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturday evenings.

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our server was Nichole. She was super attentive. As soon as our drinks were almost empty the new ones arrived. She made suggestions to our party as far as sauces to order. We had a great evening. Thank you Nichole for making my husbands birthday extra special 😊

We had an early dinner tonight at Carrabbas which is a favorite of ours and we had Jeannine in the Bar area. She was Awesome and made our visit very pleasant and food was great as usual. Service was great! This has always been one of our very favorite restaurants. Kevin & Beth Crowley

My meal was wonderful! Steak was just right! I had asparagus and broccoli for my sides. The Italian salad was really good. That was big enough to be my dinner. I took half of my dinner home. It will be great tomorrow for lunch. Wendy was our server and she was great!

This was a repeat visit for us with Sebastian, our server of many fine meals at the Vero Beach Carrabba's.

Sebastian has tended to our immediate needs on several past occasions so we asked for him specifically as we knew what we could expect.

As has always been the case, we delighted at every portion of our meal.

Sebastian has uniformly been cordial, accurate in our order, and attentive to our every need.

Alas, we will be leaving the Vero Beach area in 6 to 8 weeks, but we will be here frequently in between so as to not miss any opportunities for our great atmosphere and awesome food.

My husband and I had an excellent meal for Father's day at Carrabba's Italian Grill last night. We had Colleen as our waitress. She was one of the best waitresses we have had. She was very attentive to what we needed even before we asked .The salmon was excellent there.

Dawn was the best server we ever had she was very knowledgeable of the menu. She was so funny very fast made us feel welcome like we were having dinner at home. Amazing service skills. Will be back to see her

Carrabba’s at Vero Beach consistently has great food and great service. On our visit on 4/19, Colleen provided outstanding service! She was always one step ahead of what we needed. The manager/owner at this Carrabba’s apparently sets a high standard, and it shows. The food was delicious and plentiful. Be sure to try the lemoncello bread pudding before it comes off the menu!

Always a great experience! We’ve had Nichole as our server on a few occasions here. She is always consistently so pleasant and kind. She’s great at making recommendations & makes our experience personal and delightful. I was very excited to see she was going to be our server again this evening. The support staff is also always kind and helpful as well. The food is always very good at this location. Will definitely be back!

Jordan served us today at your Vero Beach location and we had a wonderful time and a fabulous lunch. Congrats Carrabba’s on employing a stellar human to represent you!

Jaime is the best server we’ve had at Carrabba’s. Very attentive and she had great recommendations. Dinner was delicious and she’s one of the reasons we’ll keep coming back!

Carrabba's semed to take a dive in the past few years .. short cuts on the food and portions... I can say this is a place where I met my wife so I will always go to Carrabba's ... This one is the best from wpb on up.... It is consistent and overall best presentation.... Nothing beats the ORIGINAL polo Rosa Maria. Something has definitely changed in the ingredients? But over all this is my fav Carrabba's -

Friday, May 12th, 2023 party of 3 online waiting list for 6:30pm arrival

Private parking lot. Greeted (hostess was very welcoming/friendly) and seated immediately. Our server was Sebastian and was completely on top of his game from start to finish (Venezuelan who speaks 3 languages ;). We ordered a sampler appetizer which had stuffed mushrooms, calamari and mozzarella sticks which was great and devoured by all. We ordered 3 entrees, a 10 oz sirloin, single pork chop and vegetable stuffed ravioli which came with 3 salads (2 Caesars and 1 Italian). Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious (we even had left overs for later). Everyone’s bellies were stuffed and we enjoyed our service and conversation with Sebastian, in addition to the owner Eric taking the time to stop by to ensure everything was satisfactory. The lovely jazz music that was being played while dining was so relaxing and set the right vibe.

Next time I’d love to try the lightly breaded mahi mahi ;)

Thanks again to the entire staff for making our end of week Friday dinner outstanding to kick off our weekend on a high note and hats off to the chef.

This is a great place for dinner in Vero. The food is really good, the service is as well. It’s a Carrabba’s so you know what to expect from the atmosphere. It’s also one of the few places open past 9pm!

Colleen was absolutely fantastic! She made sure that our order was done correctly and kept checking our table often. She was attentive, professional and even checked on our 91 yr old father’s lemonade. Thanks Colleen!
