AT&T Store

Rachel is a rock star. She saved the account. I was so furious with the customer service at a different at&t location that I was switching to Verizon, or T mobile, or whoever. Rachel was kind, hard working and determined to get it right. She did. I can't thank Rachel enough. At&t should give her a tremendous raise.

I had been having difficulty receiving codes on my cell phone to change passwords so I could log into apps that I had not used in a while. Tonight I went to the AT&T store on Seminole at Park Blvd, St Petersburg FL. Alexander helped me, he was wonderful!! He was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I felt like a valued customer. He was able to get my phone working properly and even helped me change my passwords on a few so I can use the apps again. I definitely will return to this store if I have any other issues.

I've been to the same store for different reasons, both times Alex has helped me. He's so knowledgeable and very personable. I will continue to visit the same store because of him! Please recognize him as he is an asset to your company.

Truly the best experience I've ever had! I was with tmobile for years and never had this level of service, not with any carrier for that matter. Rachel is an expert in her field and she and her staff work hard to provide excellent service! Rachel helped me navigate through what could have been a huge mess, she knew what she was doing every step of the way and everything went smoothly! Alexander was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He resolved all my concerns. I was able to upgrade my phone and got a fabulous deal!
Then went a step further and presented your AT&T DIRECT TV!
Not only will I safe 100.00 dollars a month, but now I can watch all the sports channels and movies etc. Thank him again for me. He really did an outstanding job!! Well done!!!

The very first time I have been to an AT&T corporate store and been happy with the results as well as the experience. Alex is a gem and Rachel, the manager, has worked to make sure I was treated well including trying to lower my bill when I came in for a problem. Overall highly recommended and worth the drive from almost anywhere else.

One of the best experiences I had with AT&T when I visited the park and Seminole blvd store today! I walked right in with no wait and was greeted by Princess with a smile on her face ready to assist and help me. This store is the best. The manager and employees care and go above and beyond for their customers. We went to a different one for help and they couldn't help. This store is amazing🙂

I have made many calls and try to get information on line about my account many times and nothing happen. While at the Alexander spine center I went to the AT&t store in the same plaza the manager Mr. Don Smith, was so friendly, professional, caring, and concerned about my needs and my issue. I noticed several other people came in and out felt the same way. He was definitely making other people days. I just want to say thank you Don for your help and really being a wonderful manager with Wonderful customer service skill you definitely made my day thanks I definitely recommend this store and he knows what he is doing 👍

Sparkly clean store, and superb customer service. Dyron answered the phone with a smile in his voice. When I arrived, Don promptly greeted me curbside with my new phone. He asked if we needed any assistance setting up our new phones, and I’m glad I decided to go inside to accept his offer. Both associates were attentive, personable, knowledgeable and super duper helpful. My daughter and I even joked “May Don be with you”, and “ With Don, all things are possible”

Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had at all AT&Ts and honestly any phone store !! Don was just amazing. So helpful and so sweet. Walked away with a new phone and a wonderful experience! I will 100% come back to this store and hopeful get my fiancé moved over to AT&T soon. If you need to go to an AT&T store you must come here and ask for Don !!! Thank you AT&T for having such an amazing worker and thank you Don for all you do and helped us with us tonight !!!

I would definitely recommend this store!!! Don and his team were very friendly and most helpful. I was very skeptical about changing plans and even getting new phones, but My husband and I were extremely pleased with the help and patience that Don provided! Don went out of his way to answer all our questions, load our new phones, and he even put on our screen protector. We couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you for taking so much time with us to make us feel like your number one customer!

Don S the store manager was superb. He very professionally and proficiently resolved my issues and fixed my phone. He is very professional. Took care of everything and even thanked me for being First Net customer in the EMS world. Top Notch guy and great service. AT&T should be promoting this guy!!

Fast forwarding to the end result with in the durations of great communication, knowledge and customer service from Dyron Rodriguez and Angela I am a very happy and satisfied customer and new owner of a great 12 max pro with accessories!!! I will forever come back to this store knowing that AT&T personal like them are working there. Thank you!!!!

Went to the store for the second time with the same problem (iPhone 14).
This time was lucky “Sam”was at the front desk and in very professional manner fixed my phone (Couldn’t open) and explained what to do in case I will need to do by myself!

Don was great. He was the only employee in the store so we did have to wait a bit, but he made up for it in excellent customer service! He helped us make a purchase, expedite an insurance claim, and even went out of his way to put the screen guard on the phone for us. We would’ve made an additional phone purchase with him the next day but we were leaving the area too early on a Sunday and the store didn’t open until noon (had to wait for the ok from insurance claim).

This store and employees are the best ever in customer service.
Very polite and will do what ever it takes to make you happy and satisfied. Especially Angela she worked with us and is awesome. If
