We met Marianna when we wanted to sell our house and buy another. We're glad we found her. She worked effortlessly to help us. Throughout all this she was about to have a baby, she did her job so professionally and helped us with the buying and selling all in a timely manner.
Needing some upgrades on the new house we sat down with Max and Marianna, they made suggestions and got on it right away, permitting, installation went so smoothly.

Sergey, Marianna's husband installed the gutters and enclosed our front porch. He was very courteous and left our property just as he found it.
He arrived early in the morning and stayed until he finished the job.
The paperwork for the inspection was hand delivered and everything explained. We passed inspection with flying colors. I knew we would.

That was the best decision we ever made, After 2 years of research and meeting hundreds of builder we decided to build our dream house with Golden Magnolia. Marianna and Max were very professional and their support for the entire project was outstanding. The design phase included multiple meetings to discuss our plans for the space. They were a pleasure to work with. Marianna and Max were very flexible about meeting times. They created multiple potential floor plans in order to provide us with options and came up with creative ideas to fit in everything on our wish list. They were patient during the meetings, spending over an hour many days to walk through each room and move features on the floor plan to let us evaluate different looks. They created a website that really helped us to visualize the rooms and make better decisions. They offered suggestions based on their wealth of knowledge and experience when we requested advice. They considered and discussed with us every detail of the rooms with respect to space, architectural elements, cabinetry, heating/cooling, plumbing and electrical. They also kept in mind our budget and were careful to point out to us when the design or changes we requested were going to make the project more expensive. We were also extremely impressed with them during the building phase. When selecting fixtures, cabinets, tile, granite, etc., They were kind, considerate, punctual, professional and respectful of our family and home. We were especially pleased with the excellent quality of the work, the attention to detail.
Our greatest compliment we can bestow on Golden Magnolia is that we did not worry about our project for one minute of the 9 month it took to complete. We would not hesitate to hire them again. There is not enough words to thank Golden Magnolia team!

My family and I moved to Palm Coast in 2006 from New Jersey, purchased a new 2200 square foot home and moved right in. Coming from a small Cape Code Style home, this was a huge upgrade for us, but after 14 years my husband and I decided to downsize a little and were looking for just the right floor plan. We want to say thank you to Max and Marianna for building us our beautiful home. Our plan was to build a duplex with our daughter and son-in-law. But we did not want a cookie cutter duplex. We went to Max and Marianna with our vision and they took it and made it a reality. Everyone who walks thru our doors is truly impressed with our home. We are so happy with the final results. As with any new construction there are a few issues you find after you move in but they have been very prompt and professional with addressing these issues. We were looking for a new house and we came across to Golden Magnolia project. That was something that we never saw in Florida. House planing is great and the craftsmanship’s simply outstanding and unusual in the good way. When you step in to the house you don’t have a house feeling, you enter a building with high ceilings and a lot of room to breath. They are awesome on utilizing an every corner, in other words they don’t waste space you are paying for. They have a lot of different plans you can chose from and the timeline for a new build is very reasonable. Marianna is a beautiful lady to deal with, she knows construction aspects, real estates and tax law, and was able to answer all our questions.

The first time I saw a house being built by Golden Magnolia builders was five years ago. As I walked in the structure it was still in studs. I couldn't help admire the fine craftsmanship put into the stem wall, the foundation, and the woodwork. I have had 5 homes built before for myself and this one topped all the other builders in the quality and workmanship. A while later I saw the finished product and it met with equal amazement. The floors were high quality laminate, the garage floor had an epoxy finish and everywhere I looked I saw nothing but high quality. Hats off to this builder for winning the Grand award for Parade of homes 2018, 2019, and 2020 as well as the Award of Excellence for their Figo model in 2020.

I cannot say enough about Golden Magnolia. They were absolutely great! Golden Magnolia has built a house for me that I take great pride in. Great company to work with for any new construction. They have beautiful floor plans, spacious tall ten foot ceilings and all the upgrades at standard prices. They built a duplex for us as a rental property and I am able to get top rental income as it shows well and is easy to care for.
