South Florida Tech Group

On March 28th I could not get my computer to power up. After trouble shooting for 45 min. I knew a professional was needed. On my cell I researched and found South Florida tech group ( they had all good reviews) My first point of contact was Andrew, who immediately made me feel glad I called. He assured me Luis, a tech would be at my home the same day. As promised Luis arrived and within minutes determined what the problem was. He explained everything to me as he performed the tasks, he was extremely patient,and new what he was doing. My issue was resolved that same day. I wish to add Luis showed me how to protect my equipment further, did not leave until I was completely aware of other options my system offered, and reassured me that he was only a phone call away if I had any other questions or concerns. I give this company a thumbs up and intend to recommend them in the future..

Luis is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with him. He takes time to explain things so that those of us that aren't computer savage can understand. A very nice young man and and asset to your company.

Paul Lucenti came to my home, he was friendly & very professional, he also showed he was trustworthy, he explained what was wrong with my pc and fixed the problems that I was dealing with. I am not tech savvy, when I asked questions he answered my questions & explained them so I could understand. If I need help again, I will ask for Paul Lucenti. Noel came and completed the task of hooking up the computer to the printer and the phone with answering machine. loading the printer with ink and paper and testing the print, copy, scan and fax functions. The printer/fax/scan/copy functions have worked since then. I am satisfied with the service provided. I did not want to contract with Exclusive Consulting for computer support because I have a contract with Hewlett Packard for Hardware support and with Smart Friend for Virus support. They have a large enough infrastructure to provide 24 hour deep support.If I have to more the printer to another phone line, I will use Exclusive Consulting again. After 35 years in IT, I don't give out Love It evaluations unless I am rescued from disaster,

The guy who fix the computer was really great and the computer work perfect after the work. But then about two months later the same problems were happening so in the end it was not worth it. I spent $80 for two months of peace then I ended of having to go somewhere else to have it fix for the long term.

No on site help in Melbourne. If you need someone to come out call a local brick and mortar.
