We had H2H perform a Platum pre-buy home inspection on 10-10-17 & could not be more pleased or impressed. Brad was our inspector, arrived on time & spent 3+ hours not missing a thing. He was very helpful in answering any questions & offering advise when asked. He completed his inspection by 4:30 & by 7 I had a 61 page detailed report with pictures. Richard van Dort is a board certified indoor environmental consultant who really knows his stuff. He conducted an intensive investigation of our entire house. He provided us with a thorough explanation of his procedure in a professional, scientifically-based, and yet easy to understand manner. After collecting samples and submitting them to labs, Rich prepared and presented us with a detailed report of the inspection, as well as a detailed protocol for remediation. Because we live in another part of the country, Rich was not able to complete the remediation, but he was extremely helpful in researching and recommending knowledgeable and honest consultants in our area to complete the work in our home. We trust Rich's expertise and guidance.
