Aqua Teak makes great products. I have purchased several of their products over the past few years in our bathrooms and even a changing area. All are well engineered and well made. We have never had a problem with any any of their pieces. They are also very easy to assemble. I should also mention that their packing for shipment is outstanding. Never damaged in shipment. You can spend less money for similar products but if you look closely the quality of Aqua Teak, both engineering and manufacturing, far exceeds others.

We have bought 2 benches. Both arrived in perfect shape and assembled quickly and easily. Very nice products.

When we opened the package we reported a part of the bench had split. Customer service was amazing. They paid for shipping the original back and sent me a whole new bench. Quality product that looks beautiful!

Ordered a aqua teak shower bench in January. Product is well made and is beautiful in my tub. Would recommend it.

Great product just as advertised. Our new master bathroom is under construction as I am writing this. Our new open concept walk in shower will really be complemented by our great Aqua Teak shower bench. I can't wait to use it. Very sleek and modern looking to fit our Asia style remodel.

I now own 6 Aqua Teak shower stools & have gifted my children with 3 more. These are great products .. we own varying sizes from the smaller 13" version .. for use when bathing grandchildren or the larger version which are used in some of our showers for 'shaving legs' & other tasks. Sturdy .. yet attractive .. well constructed & easily (minor) assembly.

Great addition to our walk in shower. It's great that we can sit down and dry off before we get out of the shower area. Getting little Older and just little less stable so drying off in the shower is nice. Definitely recommend this product. Good craftsmanship is easy to assemble.

What a wonderful product and company. I had questions about a shower bench (the unstained teak with a shelf). I got someone who knew A LOT, answered my questions (same price from them directly, not A-zon only). I had trouble with assembly and AGAIN got immediate help (which worked!) and when I called back, got someone ELSE who was knowledgeable! I tried it out this morning. Sturdy, comfortable and great height! I am very, very happy... quality AND service!

(July 2021 update: Just to note how happy I am with this product. It has held up well (I have used their products to re-seal the teak once). Sturdy, great looking and providing the safety I need. I am VERY happy. (I am writing this since often reviews are just right after purchase and I like to know how things went "afterwards". Happy.)

August 2022 update: just another happy note. I had gotten a bit lazy and the seat was looking worn. Following the directions with their cleaning solution and then the teak oil returned to seat to like-new condition. VERY happy.

My teak bench arrived missing a little bit of color. I called your customer service and was sent some teak oil which completely took care of it. Your products are absolutely beautiful. This is the second teak bench I have ordered, one for the shower and one for outside the shower for putting shoes on.

Quality of products are superb. I had one shelf damaged in shipping and Aquateak sent out another one before I even shipped back the return. I have ordered several items from Aquateak and each has exceeded my expectations. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality provided and customer service is fantastic.

My husband and I bought 4 teak grate mats for our new home bathroom showers. One started "turning color", to a whitish tone. I bought the teak cleaner and the teak oil. Used it on this one teak grate mat, and it was back to the original finish. Would highly recommend!

Beautifully crafted and very solid\durable teak shower, bathroom and bedroom furniture. We started with one and now have 3 benches of varying sizes in our home. Also now have teak shower caddies in all 3 bathrooms (again, we started with one and liked it so much, we bought the others). The styles are timeless.

We have purchased several benches for our shower and tub areas. Top quality, fair price, and prompt customer service. One bench is about 4 years old and still looks beautiful.

My 93yo mom loves this shower chair. It's beautiful, stable, and allows her to shower independently with confidence. We did lots of research and are glad that we selected this bench. Wish our own shower had room for it! (Do measure to be sure the floor of your shower will accommodate the bench.)

I have purchased many items from AquaTeak, the 24" wall shelf, waste bin, slatted bath mat and our favorite item the Asia Ascend Shower Bench. The shower bench has been a life saver for my husband who has MS. Absolutely beautiful products and wonderful customer service, needless to say they customers for life in us.

Well made, When I assenble it I put waterproof glue in every joint that I install screws, Just stops it from loosing up. It is well made and holds up great in shower, Would purchase again.
