I want to highly recommend Jordan, the general manager and the owner/founder Of Petra Kitchen and Bath, as a highly capable, dependable, and conscientious contractor with a great customer, service attitude and multiple versatile skills in construction and remodeling. Over the course of 8 years, he completely remodeled two of my bathrooms and put a new kitchen in my house in Melbourne. The pictures attached clearly demonstrate the quality of the work he is doing. He is easy to reach, always speaks of the phone calls back, patiently answers all customer's questions, and demonstrates a lot of desire to make him happy. He has many interesting design ideas and creative solutions that I myself wouldn't be able to generate, and they always work!
After all these projects in my house, I fully trust Jordan and have great respect for him and his company.

Jordan is a rare breed and cares deeply about his customers. I had high expectations going into our kitchen remodel and though we had some speed bumps with his subs, in the end he showed up and addressed our list of concerns. He’s very responsive, knows what he’s doing and will make sure you’re happy in the end. I even called him months later about some minor issues that came up and he was at the house within a couple days to resolve, no questions asked. His pricing is competitive and as long as his subs are properly managed, his company will continue to succeed and grow.

Through this journey of gutting and going through a complete renovation on my beach condo, I got to know Jordan very well. After this adventure and to date, he became and is one of my closest friends in Florida and someone I can always count on. He’s the most talented contractor in the area and goes above and beyond what is expected. He is receptive to changes, listens, and charges a fair price. I absolutely 100% recommend working with him on your projects.

Update – Two years later and the bathroom Jordan built for me is still as beautiful as ever. No leaks, No cracks, No problems. I am still 100% satisfied with the work. When I need my next home remodel I will be calling Petra Kitchen and Bath.

I finally have the spa bathroom I always wanted! Jordan and his assistant are very good at what they do and are very polite and respectful in the home. Every step of the process they showed me what needed to be done and how they were going to do it. Jordan was always available to answer the phone with any questions I had. I also loved that he let me pick all the tile and finishes I liked, because other bathroom contractors I spoke to said I could only use products from their showroom. Plus, his prices were far less than other contractors. If you hire Petra Kitchen and Bath, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Jordan did an amazing job on our kitchen. It appear to be a simple job but actually, he had to come up with some very clever solutions. This kitchen was remodeled 20 years ago. We had an old cooktop and oven. Both of these were broken. The quartz countertop also had a large crack in it, and a very narrow, tricky place.
Jordan came up with some ingenious solutions to give us an up-to-date induction cooktop and smart oven.
He also repaired the crack in the quartz countertop.

Jordan’s professionalism and clever ingenuity was right up with what I’m accustomed to from the corporate world. He was so very thoughtful and very cost-effective. He even came in a rush when my dad decided he was going to wire the fuse box himself.
