Todd Thomas Homes did an excellent job from start to finish on our remodel of the kitchen, bathroom and main living area of our house. They were very professional, schedule was important to us and they stayed on track. The superintendent was always updating us and kept us informed even when we were traveling. We have an older home, so some things crept up that were unexpected, but
they handled them and brought options to us to resolve those issues. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a remodel!

Todd Thomas replaced the shower pan and replaced tile in our master bath and from start to finish, it was a positive experience. We were hesitant at first due to the higher cost estimate we received from Todd Tomas compared to others. However, we are very happy with the results and find that the value and overall professionalism and communication from the office staff and crew have been well worth it.

The bathroom job consisted of an initial estimate and a pre-job walk through with Todd and his crew after we accepted the proposal. We travel frequently and they worked with us on the schedule to accommodate our schedule and to ensure that we would be in town for the work. Ultimately our schedule changed and we were unable to be present for the job. This meant that the Todd Thomas crew had to access our home while we were gone. This was uncomfortable at first, but with frequent communication from the team, as well as pictures, we were satisfied that our home was in good hands.

This experience went a long way to building our trust in the company and its people. In addition to this, follow up communications after the job to ensure that everything went as planned were appreciated. You just don’t find this kind of reliability or professionalism any more. Todd Thomas has earned our future business. We are so pleased to have found this company and we don’t plan to go anywhere else.

Excellent staff to work with! Great workmanship and personable service. They have their own crew to do most of the work, and only use subcontractors that meet their high standard of workmanship.
They are more expensive than some other contractors, but their quality of work is worth the extra cost. I would definitely recommend Todd Thomas Home Improvements!

From start to finish the crews were there when they said they'd be, worked professionally and cleanly, and did the quality work you would hope to have done to your home.
Doug was a great supervisor. Questions and needs were handled in a friendly and timely fashion and he kept us informed on the progress of the project throughout.
We have pets and had some specific property access requests and all of the workers did great accommodating those asks so we didn't have to worry about our critters escaping while we were out.

And of course, the final product came out great. We are so very happy with the look and function of our new guest bathroom. We have more updating to do in the house and will certainly be looking to have Todd Thomas Home Improvements come back for those projects.

8/2024: This will be the 3rd project we had completed by Todd Thomas. This time, it was a complete gut/remodel of our kitchen. We had a wall torn down and an island installed. We also decided, mid-way through the project, to have our gas fireplace removed and a vapor-style installed, to include having our TV installed on the wall. I LOVE to cook in my new kitchen and I absolutely love coming home to this house! This group of professionals continue to amaze us. Before and after pics included.

(2022) Phenomonal work! Paid attention to detail throughout the entire process. VERY professional. Worked through every concern or idea I had. I LOVE my bathroom remodel. I met a great team whom I consider my friends now. There were multiple eyes on the project to make sure everything was going to work out. Each person brought their expertise to the project. There were ideas I had not thought of, but they would always discuss their concerns or idea with me. There was open communication throughout the entire process. They truly aim to please. I love their app. I knew exactly who was going to be at my home every day. They protected my home from excessive dirt and chaos and cleaned up every day. Even their subcontractors were fabulous. I look forward to the day they remodel my kitchen. Thank you to all... from the design crew, demolition team, plumbers, tile, trim, painting, supervisors on site... all the way to the clean up crew. Todd Thomas Home company recently completed their third job for us, which included removal of storm shutters, installation of 10 storm windows and 5 gliders, removal and repair of water-damaged ceiling and drywall, plus painting several areas and repairing corroded plumbing fixtures. All our experiences with this company have been 5-star. There were some pitfalls along the way that delayed completion, but the job supervisors were like bulldogs and did not quit following up until everything was to our satisfaction. The workers were pleasant and respectful, and we recognized many of them from our previous experience with the company. When subcontractors did not follow job specs, corrections were made promptly. Mr. Thomas personally followed up near the completion of our job to confirm that things were done properly. We plan to contact them again if we need significant repair/remodeling work done in the future.

Todd Thomas Homes did an amazing bathroom renovation at our home. They took us from an ordinary bathtub/shower to a spa quality shower that we truly love!

Todd Thomas and crew were amazing. We hired them to help repair our old church building that had challenging original construction in need of repairs. Our foreman, Greg, came in with great ideas and techniques to modernize the building and set it up for future sustainable upgrades. The job was finished on time and at budget. I am 73 and have used many contractors over the years. Without a doubt Todd Thomas was the best. They were thorough in every detail during the planning phase so there were no surprises. Craftsmanship was excellent, work was accomplished on schedule at the price contracted. There was a supervisor on site every day and the project moved along rapidly without days and days of inactivity. All the workers were polite and eager to answer any questions we had. The supervisor kept us informed daily what was happening next and because of that communication we had minimum interruption in our daily activities. We love our new master bathroom and will use Todd Thomas again in the future.

I had water damage in my house and decided to do some updates removing popcorn ceiling, adding recessed lighting, and new flooring. Todd Thomas did a great job getting the job done on schedule and even worked through my AC issues in the middle of summer!!! I am very happy with the final product it really changed the whole atmosphere of the house I was very grateful for their craftsmanship.

We had been in our office for about 30 years and it was time for a remodel. We contracted with Todd Thomas and their work was clean professional and efficient. First class service to Brevard County. I have used Todd Thomas on 4 projects and is my go to home renovation contractor. The work includes back patio renovation with new pavers, outdoor wood ceiling, new electrical work and installation of outdoor appliances, stone wall on balcony, reinstalled hurricane shutters that needed to be removed for the work, and new wood flooring and ceilings in another home. They are aware of the talent in the area and will solicit those sub contractors to ensure you get the best quality work available, if they are unable to do the work themselves. It is a one stop shop where you don't need to communicate with all the different vendors. The personal touch of the team and working with the project managers was really the best part. You are able to ask any question even after hours and you will get a response. They have an online app where you can see the progress of your project and can also ask questions on the app. I have used 2 other contractors and over time their personnel left. For once while using a contractor all the team members are still working and it does show the commitment from the team to continue to work for Todd Thomas. We used Todd Thomas to remodel our back room. The estimator was courteous and helped us frame the design of what we wanted without being pushy. The work was done efficiently and every contractor was polite and professional. Whenever something was amiss, it was corrected to our satisfaction. Todd Thomas is on the high end of the quotes, but you get exactly what you wanted and the finished product is great. Highly recommend Todd Thomas.

I needed my oven wall to be modified to fit a new GE oven. I contacted Mr. Frank King and he referred me to the office. Ms Ava Ramirez was very helpful and schedule my work immediately. Mr Frank did the modifications and did a great job. I will for sure use Todd Thomas organization in the future and highly recommend them.

We had Todd Thomas come to our home and build a Baking Station, Pantry in the kitchen and a Pantry and upper Cabinets in the Laundry Room!! They were very professional, kind and friendly!! Todd Thomas Home Improvements just completed a gut job remodel of our entire beach condo and we couldn’t be happier! Completely new kitchen, bathrooms, all flooring, baseboards, crown molding, doors, windows, paint, everything. Todd Thomas Home was recommended to me by a friend who had work done by them. I was very impressed with their house so I hired Todd Thomas Home to remodel our bathroom. I was informed when I hired them that they would be on the higher side price wise, but that the higher price was worth it. They were right!! The bathroom looks fantastic. The experience of working with Todd Thomas Home was really enjoyable. They take the normal stress of hiring a contractor and having a job done out of the equation. Todd Thomas Home set up a calendar for my project, that I had access to, and they stuck to the calendar. I knew exactly who was going to be at my house and what they were going to do. In addition to the project calendar, the project manager, Tom, kept me informed all along the way. Even though the information was on the work calendar, Tom would call and tell me who was coming over, what time they would be at my house, and what work they were going to do. The workers showed up on time every day they were scheduled. The work they did was impressive! This is quality workmanship and it shows in the finished project.
