The folks who work here are great. I noticed another reviewer say that s/he has been treated like family. I feel the same. Everyone here is kind and professional.

They are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It's so nice to be able to find what we need without having to travel a long way to one of the big box stores.

The major advantage of using an independent pharmacy is that the owners are on-site and can make decisions without deferring to a Corporate legal department. Recently when I changed insurance companies, I found that my old insurance was denying claims even while the policy was still in force. As a result, I ended up without a valid prescription for my BP medicine, which is dangerous to interrupt. Pharmacist Luke Zippi, in accordance with Federal regulations, took it upon himself to give me a few days worth of medication which covered me until the new insurance kicked in. In my personal experience, chain drug stores routinely deny such requests and refer you back to your physician for new prescriptions and new coverage. It is a huge advantage to deal with a family-owned pharmacy where they actually know you personally, and can act as your advocate when insurance systems are arbitrary or indifferent.

I have been using Savers Drug Mart for 20+ years. I can't even begin to leave a good enough review in regards to how wonderful I feel about this business, the owners and employees. From Carl to his son Luke, to Tiffany, Susan, Marcy, Melanie, Keith, Diane, JJ, and all the others who I am not on first name basis with at this time. And I can't leave a review without mentioning Aaron (even though he's gone now) who was absolutely wonderful too and I miss him so much. They have all treated my family and myself with the utmost respect. God knows I can be problematic at times but not 1 of them has ever made me feel that way. They always go above and beyond what is expected. It has always been a pleasant experience every time I've went in, whether to pick up meds or just a quick necessity. I am sure they don't even need this review or the extra business but I really think it is important to support our local small business's and you won't find another pharmacy in town as nice and friendly as this one. They make me feel like family.

I had my Covid vaccine at Savers. The entire staff was wonderful and caring, especially the nurse, Susan. I was extremely anxious leading up to the injection, but Susan made it a painless and stress less experience. Susan answered all my questions, and I felt much better about getting the vaccine after discussing my concerns with her. These Savers folks really CARE about their customers/patients. I highly recommend them !

I have been using this drug store since 1985. They are beyond wonderful.
The care, the professionalism, the reliability is far, far better than CVS or Walgreens. This is a family operation and they serve their customers as a caring relative unlike the big box drug stores who don't know you, or care about anything except their next customer....and check the prices. These guys are even less expensive, who would think?

On a 5 star bases I give Savers Drug a 10!

Have been Going to Savers Drug Mart for 4 decades. Having been served by 3 generations of the Zippi family. Always have gotten great customer service and have been treated like family. Special requests have been met without complaints. Not at all like shopping at the big chains, where you are just another "number". Also - prices at Savers Drug Mart are very competitive, and often less than the big chains. Savers Drug Mart will be my pharmacy forever!

Recently switched to Savers from CVS and have really enjoyed the more personal experience. Free delivery is also a plus during COVID. Support small biz!

I don't understand why people go to the big box drug store. Rx here is the same price, fast helpful service, neighborhood business and they care!
