This is an excellent gym if you are looking to improve your overall fitness, but especially for learning boxing and kickboxing technique. Coach JC is the best coach I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He really goes the extra mile to give training one on one that is honed for your individual needs, while also creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere!

I love this gym! I’ve been going since January ‘24 and have since learned many techniques in the fields of boxing/kickboxing as well as weightlifting. JC/Franky/Dana are extraordinary and highly knowledgeable trainers. I highly recommend this gym to individuals at any fitness level

This gym & community are phenomenal! The quality of services, people & facility are supreme. And classes are excellent— strength, kickboxing, boxing & my new favorite Self Defense Fit, with Jose. He’s incredibly knowledgeable & professional and so much fun! I learned so much. Looking forward to more! I have been to countless gyms and this is by FAR the BEST one. Of all the gyms that I've been to, this is the only one I've seen to successfully combine martial arts, HIIT classes, weightlifting, and a true sense of community. All the trainers are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. This gym was started by world champion kickboxer Steve Shepherd, and it has implemented his incredible skills into the classes curriculum. The owner Ed is very friendly and welcoming, ensuring all members have what they need to reach their fitness goals. You will not regret joining this gym!!!

Highly recommend the kickboxing classes and will be adding it to my weekly fitness routine! I really appreciated the way Coach Ethan patiently broke down the basics for me as I’m a newbie. Plus, he still challenged me to get an awesome workout. It’s a very organized gym with great energy.

The Colombian Necktie is the best coach I ever had , he’s very patient , confident; and motivating! He trained my younger brother as well in the past and he also had a great experience. Thank you I will recommend a lot of people to you guys

Great place to get in shape! Great instructors who are knowledgeable about the exercises they implement into their workouts. The boxing and kickboxing instructors are amazing and knowledgeable as well. If you want to lose weight and have fun doing it, then this is the place to be!

Therapy, workout, laughing, energy, trainers, and fun. All of that in just one place. I love coming here. If you are wondering what decision you should take… start here and youll get the answers. Amazing staff. Its not even a month since I started coming here, but so far I give them 20 from 10.

Each trainer brings something to the table allowing you to better your experience and have fun. It's so much better than going to your typical gym, not knowing what to do, when you can come here and have an intense workout laid out for you.

Great mix of classes on the daily and the weekly... Instructors want you to succeed... And burns tons of calories...

I absolutely love the Kickbox Club!🥊♥ The place and the staff is great. I took 1 class and signed up for the membership. For the first in a while, I actually look forward to working out. I attend up to 4x per week and still can’t get enough. Joe is pretty awesome - he will push you to work hard, sweat and have fun!

ThIs gym is amazing with the large variety of trainers, you are encouraged to go to any class that best fits your preferred martial art. Each trainer I’ve met is super helpful and most of all very kind and genuine. 10/10 gym I definitely Recommend.

I’ve recently started going to the Kickboxing Club and I love it! I’ve visited other boxing gyms and it just doesn’t compare. Everyone from the trainers to the staff is passionate about the sport. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to learn the art of boxing or to find a community that is passionate about it. The trainers not only deliver the burn throughout each class session, but they instruct you on the correct form and technique. They have cultivated a non-intimidating, friendly, learning environment, that is great for any level of expertise in the sport. I am so grateful I found a boxing gym like The Kick Box Club because there aren’t many like it.

The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly, the workouts are intense and no one is there to showoff or outperform anyone. Best workout experience I’ve had in a public space. A++++++

I enjoy the classes. They have helped me to keep in shape. The coaches are engaging and very reasonably priced classes. And I also enjoy the cross training also offered in the same gym by Team Catabbi all for one great monthly price.

I’ve been a member since the gyms re-opened back in June. This is an open air gym, so there’s always a breeze and plenty of fans to keep the fresh air moving around. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Each with their own unique style. And, enough weightlifting equipment to complement the boxing for an all around transformation.

Ed’s a great guy, with a gem of a gym!

I’ve joined about two months ago and can say this is the best kickboxing and boxing gym in Palm Beach County for all levels of experience. You can attend any of their classes or come in and do your own thing. Both Ed and Steve (owners) are very hands on and you’re never short on attention. Great gym with a lot of heart. Perfect location. Grateful to be a member here.

The owner and instructors are so friendly. Wether you are new to boxing or have been in the rhythm for a bit they cater to everyone in their gym. The owner, Ed, has made the whole enrollment process so easy and simple. I look forward to going to class every day - working out is not a chore here.
