Wedmore Place

This was a new experience for me! The drive to PA was peaceful and relaxing! The property was manicured and sparkling with love!

I met Stephanie at the front. She was friendly and polite. Stephanie and I discussed some business ideas and potential future opportunities.

The house and room was filled timeless furniture 😍the bathroom was stocked with every single thing to ensure you’re comfortable. I’ve never stayed a hotel that provided a shower cap, sewing kit and makeup kit. Wedmore felt like home! I actually forgot my shower cap so it came in handy.😂😍

Wedmore includes breakfast. Pricilla was fantastic! I honestly can’t say enough about this place! You have to experience it for yourself!

This was the best getaway I've had in years. Jo at the front desk was amazing. Our room was clean and inviting. The wine tasting was great, and breakfast was delicious.The feeling here is hard to describe. It's so tranquil and inviting.

I gave the stay here to my husband for his birthday. It's a very nice romantic hotel. very quiet and beautiful in nature, located between the vineyards. The hotel contains a lot of old furniture, which is great. There is a beautifully furnished library downstairs. There is also a pool. But we didn't use it. The breakfast is very special by American standards but very tasty. The staff was also very friendly. The only negative point I would say are the carpets. Some of them really don't look nice anymore. But we really enjoyed our stay. and the proximity to the tavern and winery is great.

Wonderful hotel and vineyard. Valentines Day was our 2nd stay and everything was beautiful, the staff welcoming and location was perfect for all Williamsburg has to offer. Jo, who works the front desk in the evenings, consistently went above and beyond to make our visit special.necause of this we have booked our 3rd visit this coming August for our anniversary...can't wait!

Everything from the building's atmosphere to the wonderful amenities, to the amazing complimentary breakfast, to the incredible staff; this hotel is FANTASTIC. We WILL be returning, and I rate them a full 100%.

This is my favorite place to stay. Period. I feel like im in the French or English Countryside depending on the room I get. The breakfast is great too.

Located in Williamsburg, I went here for a honeymoon, and then I came back for an overnight office Christmas business party. Both times our rooms were lovely, breakfast is fantastic, the pool is clean and spacious. Gorgeous place tucked away gem.

Our favorite getaway, we've never been disappointed. Rooms are all designed European motif with antiques decorating each room. If you have any sense of romance and want a quite getaway this is your place.

My wife and I stayed for our 20th anniversary. The property was very nice and the entire stay was very relaxed. The staff was fantastic. They were pleasant and accommodating.
We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Great visit at Wedmore. Was not sure what to expect for our three day visit but were certainly pleased with this property and staff. Palpable Euro vibe reminiscent of French country inns. Complementary wine flight at adjacent Williamsburg Winery was a bonus. In-room and served Coffee was spectacular. Breakfast was a bit lackluster compared to other aspects of stay. Will be back!

Great weekend getaway from the kids and the stressers of life. We stayed in the Aquitaine Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the oversized jacuzzi tub. Much needed and appreciated. Great service and in a secluded location.

Rooms with themes! Very nice friendly staff, quiet place to stay and relax.

Just loved this venue and location. Conveniently located just out of town. Beautiful setting and felt like being somewhere in Europe. Rooms were generously big and beautifully decorated. The hallways featured gorgeous Persian carpets and a variety of antique pieces giving it that extra panache. Breakfast area was rustically decorated with crisp white tablecloths/napkins and an exceptional selection of sumptious treats. Simply idyllic. We would glady come here again.

Great place to stay. It is on the grounds of The Williamsburg Winery. Awesome restaurant, also a nice tavern to eat lunch at that is across the street from the winery. You can purchase tickets and take a tour with wine tasting included. Very highly recommended. Once you enter the grounds you feel like you're in Europe.

Really good experience here for a decent price. The location is beautiful and the proximity to the tavern was great. Service was great and polite (actually at our arrival the front desk person was getting chewed out over a trivial matter by a guest and handled it like a champ). Rooms are a bit old and not much in the way of sound proofing, but kind of expected in an old place like this. Overall, nice experience for the price.

Fabulous hotel located at Williamsburg Winery. The rooms are beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the warm salt water pool and delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem! The location, price, winery, tavern... everything was wonderful and beyond expectations. 1) It's close to everything in Williamsburg BUT is removed so it feels private and remote. 2) It's charming! So well designed and appointed. 3) The staff is fantastic - Barb at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional and a delight to work with; she was the star of our experience here and I hope the owners know what an amazing staff member they have with her. 4) The tavern and adjacent wine tasting room were delightful - and the included wine flight was such a nice touch. 5) The rooms were well-appointed, clean and well set up. 6) Breakfast was delicious and offered many vegetarian options (thank you!).
We highly recommend this location to our family and friends and would 100% stay again should we ever return to Williamsburg. Thank you again for making our stay special.

Our stay at this place was wonderful. Great service, very fancy and different in a good way. It gave older vibes lots of paintings and the rooms are so pretty. Great service. Everytime we had a question or needed help there was someone always there to help you. The winery is very nice. It’s almost like a small village with a little restaurant there as well. Overall I would definitely come back again and I hope more people get to experience this too.
