The Seafood Shack Marina, Bar & Grill

We made a wrong turn and ended up at The Seafood Shack. What a great find! The restaurant is right on the water with lots of interesting things woven into their decor. Our waitress, Jenny O, was very helpful with her recommendations. The blackened salmon and fish and chips were great and also reasonably priced. The key lime pie was made in house and was excellent!

Great place for lunch. I had the special which was a Greek salad with salmon. The salmon was so fresh. The potato salad was like mom’s homemade. The views were great. We got to see a family of dolphins while we ate.

If you're staying in Anna Maria Island or any of the surrounding areas this place is a MUST visit. Whether you're going just for drinks or for lunch/dinner - this place is THE spot. Solid drink specials and frozen daiquiris on a hot beach day are always a win. For their price those mango daiquiris were solid. The Mac & Cheese here is to die for! The blackened shrimp was also delicious. I'm a huge foodie and a bigger mac & cheese fan and I can promise you the mac & cheese here is easily in my top 5. That itself is a bold statement. Not a place you would expect some killer mac & cheese but holy cow was it delicious. Unbelievable!

Great views (waterfront), delicious food, good drinks, and not expensive at all. Local gem and hidden spot.

Awesome Marina and Restaurant. The Marina is a safe and secure stay for our boat. Very friendly and outgoing Staff at the restaurant. Harley and George are amazing dock staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely my new spot when traveling in this area. Forget Sarasota come here.

This was an awesome stop. Came by boat, had dockage on sturdy docks with electricity. All the staff were so very pleasant and helpful. Our Dinner and cocktails were perfect in every aspect. What a beautiful evening. We will definitely mark this stop to return.

Excellent waterfront restaurant. We enjoy dining outside so this was an excellent choice. Fish was delicious and service was outstanding which somehow always makes a difference to dining experiences. HIGHLY recommend the fish dip/spread appetizer and of course any fresh fish available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seafood Shack MARINA. HARLEY, the dock master and operations manager is TOP NOTCH! GEORGE, restaurant manager, is helpful with local knowledge and a great guy.
The marina is clean and safe. The bathroom and shower facilities are clean, but they need updating. We love the use of a code and not a key or fob; this makes it so much easier and user-friendly. Suggestion: install and washer/dryer for boaters

The marina is close to Anna Maria Island shops, restaurants, beaches, and bike trails

Maddy was our waitress and she was exceptional!!! We asked if they could heat our peel and eat shrimp and she said yes!!! And she gave us Old Bay to accent it. The BEST!!! She was friendly and competent and had a great sense of humor. The food was great and the service could not have been any better. I highly recommend!

Food was delicious, and Jazz was an awesome server. Loved the atmosphere!

Excellent place literally on the ocean.
The setting is incredibly detailed and meticulous, the views are amazing from anywhere in the room you occupy, access is relatively easy with some curve that may be disorienting, but nothing serious.
The food is incredible, very rich, fresh, careful, prepared at the moment (and even so the service is super fast).
It stands out from its (very complete) menu, seafood.
The entrance they give you while you order is also super abundant.
It is highly recommended to go at dinner time and see the
sunset in the ocean
The attention is very cordial and friendly, always ready to explain any questions and very helpful

Our reception was awesome. Chris and Alexis was great and listened to how we wanted the decorations and was spotted on. The decorations was beautiful and beyond our expectations. The food was delicious,especially the red snapper and crab cakes. The view was beautiful 😍

Had a really good lunch. Fried shrimp with fries and coleslaw. Coleslaw is made in house. Excellent. Had pineapple tidbits. Yum. Nice location. Would be great for dinner with drinks.

We had a great meal during happy hour! Coconut shrimp, fish tacos, and jerk ribs. We enjoyed $5 Pina coladas and draft beer as well!

Food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Service was very good. Views are great. Atmosphere and service is definitely more laid back and casual than refined but not a bad thing at all. Sunset dinner was perfect time to go!

The burger and fries were enough food to share with my husband. We sat outside and enjoyed the view and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

Love the spicy chowder! Temperature could have been hotter but the soup is delicious , I just ate it fast. I had chicken n dumplings with a fresh biscuit wish there were more dumplings. The biscuit was delicious! Husband had the red fish stuffed, he had no issues. We will be back soon.
Gotta have more chowder.

We stopped by for an early dinner, were seated quickly and had two of their drink specials. The rum punch was fruity and delicious and only $5! The kids meals were huge, mine couldn't finish it all! My husband had the fish tacos that were stuffed full of blackened fish! My fish and chips were huge and delicious as well. Lacey was our waitress and she dis an outstanding job. We recommend this place and will be back ourselves!

It's the ultimate nautical scene! There's docks with sailboats and yachts and a bridge periodically opening to let boat traffic go up & down the Intercoastal Waterway. Add to that the array of nautical hardware inside the restaurant, and It's an experience for adults and kids. The menu is mostly seafood and there are no bad choices. FAMILY place!

This place is a hidden gem!!!
Seriously, do not miss this restaurant if you're in the area. The sign on the door on the way out says "thanks for coming we'll see you tomorrow" and we wish we would have gone back for a second time. It's so good!
We were able to sit outside to watch the sunset and I got some beautiful pictures. The server was very attentive and sweet. I got the "fresh catch" sandwich which was mahi mahi. It was delicious and the fries were the best I've had in a long time. My mom got the fish and chips and loved her meal as well. I highly recommend this place! Oh, and the prices are so reasonable. Definitely checks all the boxes.

Marina accomodations are first rate! Dock master Harley made room for us on our recent trip along the Gulf Coast. George was also helpful with our docking, wi-fi and general boating needs. Very rare these days that people do what they say and make us feel at home during our stay. Restaurant is excellent, gotta try the fresh snapper!
