Got a flat tire on the first day of multi day ride in the area. The owners went way above and beyond to get me back on the road! Great customer service. Good people.

I'm here a few times a month for my boys. They are very knowledgeable. I also like that they keep so many parts in stock, especially the ones that's usually needed immediately at the last minute. However, for other parts you may need that isn't in stock they will order and have them in just a day or two.

Friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable . Found exact information I was looking for and help I needed .. pieces weren't the most reasonable but one of the few motorcycle/atv shops around .. overall great experience and will be back . Glad to have stopped in and done business ... Thanks to all staff at Mountain Suzuki

I recommend Mountain Suzuki for any biker that is riding the Appalachian Backroads my Harley got a 3” nail in the tire it was a double puncture in one side and out the other. Mountain Suzuki came out picked up my bike AWESOME off to the shop.
Within minutes bike was on the rack tire off didn’t need a new tire staff did magic they cleaned the rim and a inner tube was installed problem solved.
Back on the road again.

Had a flat tire, stranded on the side of the road. A passerby who stopped said to call Mt. Suzuki. Called and Amy said they'll be happy to pick me up. Tony was there in about 45 mins. In approximately 2 hrs. we were back on the road. Thank you so much for your help!!!

What a great establishment. Had some bike issues and they went out of their way to solve the problem. Very friendly and helpful. Even if your just looking for some beautiful rides. Stop in and browse around, even if you don't need anything I am sure you will find something you could use. Just to help out a local business.

Mountain Suzuki on US-19 in Rosedale, VA took excellent care of me last Wednesday when I showed up with a stripped spark plug hole. 650 miles from home, they got my bike in immediately. The gentlemen in the service bay tapped and installed a helicoil for the plug while I waited.

on top it, the service fee was much less than I anticipated.

Thanks to their quick help, I was able to enjoy the rest of the week in the mountains before heading back to West Michigan.

I couldn't be more thankful and happy for their help.
I know it's hard for small shops to be noticed, but these guys where incredible and very appreciated

We're from Anderson SC and came down. my bike was acting up, so I stopped by and talked to Tony. We had the best time getting to know everyone and the bike runs like new. Thanks again Tony!

Great motorcycle / ATV shop in the middle of Rosedale Virginia. the owners there seem to go out of their way to help you out in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that would need a helmet, parts, repair, purchase of a new motorcycle or ATV or just an oil change.

Brought my busted up Yamaha Grizzly there for a damage assessment, they did not charge me for looking over the machine and let me keep it in storage until Geico comes to pick it up. Nice people folks!

Awesome Shop with a small town feel. Super helpful, and they make you feel like you're a part of their family. Love these guys.

First time here for me. Went looking for a motorcycle helmet. I spent an hour trying to decide on one I liked and did find one. Very helpful staff and a good amount of selection.

I had a part break when riding the Hatfield McCoy Trails, Mountain was the only ones open on Monday in the area, they overnighted the part and saved my trip. Thanks so much for the quick service.
