Swordfish Grill

Had a wonderful dinner at Swordfish Grill. I had the Shrimp and Grits, and my wife had the crab cakes. Both were very good. We had a table where we were able to watch a fishing boat unload to the processing plant. Very cool!! I would highly recommend this restaurant for a casual night out!

You can’t beat the waterside view. The service is really nice and friendly. Theres often live music. Can’t beat spending and warm afternoon here with a cold beer and coconut shrimp. The food is perfectly fine. But the real draw is the fantastic vibe.

Had dinner with great friends. Service was very good. Our waiter was Byron. I had the prime rib special and it was delish. The view on the Tiki Deck at sunset was spectacular!

Pricing was fair the area and food came out fairly quickly. Drinks were good and there was a nice selection of cocktails and specialty drinks.

Great atmosphere, great food, local beers and fresh fish. Great entertainment. Stockton Brothers played and made the night very enjoyable. Cant wait to go back!

Lovely sunset dinner location!! Phenomenal dinner. We tried the grouper collars, and they were delicious too! Service was awesome!!

Very limited wait to sit on the side deck. I enjoyed the blackened seafood platter that included Mahi mahi, shrimp, scallops and crab cakes along with a very small side of pineapple coleslaw and potatoes. The entree was excellent. The Mai Tide and Mango delight were good and moderately priced for AMI. For dessert I had the best key lime pie during my vacation here. Not too tart or sweet.

Hostess stand and service were just young kids. Polite but uninspired and unfocused. There is not a quiet place in the restaurant. We were seated by the fish factory that had a constant hum and the noise of dock workers. They also have an outside back deck with a tiki bar with live music.

Large parking lot. Waterfront atmosphere. I will say that was the best seafood during my visit to AMI. I just would have liked more focused service and a quieter setting. I would still definitely still return for the food.

We had the best experience at Swordfish Grill last night. They have a beautiful and massive new outdoor Teiki Roof when you go to their back area over looking the water. Such a fun place to be now with all the music and shade from the hot sun. We ordered their Stone Crab dinner (it's the best in the area and great value compared to some places) it was as always delicious. We also had their Seafood Cobb Salad, not your normal Cobb Salad because there is so much seafood added to it, absolutely loved it. The beers were ice cold and the service was impeccable with plenty of smiles.

Amazing food. The restaurant is right on the water, with an amazing view of wildlife and boaters. Bobbi was out server, she was so patient and sweet. We have been here a couple of times and consistently their staff is incredible. Family friendly environment that I would totally recommend!! Thank you for the amazing evening!

All the seafood we ordered was very good. Atmosphere was good with live music and service was also very good.

By far the best waterside view with a good meal that you can get in Bradenton. I ate the Seafood Platter & the Mahi Mahi fish that came with it was fantastic! The scallops were scrumptious & I loved the blackened seasoning on the shrimp.
Celebrated Mother’s Day and my mother was more then happy with her experience so that made the visit much better.
Alex was a phenomenal server & really took care to get on our level, make sure our food was exactly what we needed, and overall delivered an excellent degree of service for my mother and I.

We visited the Swordfish Grill after spending the week in the area. We wanted a sunset supper and boy that didn’t disappoint. Even though it was overcast and cool, the experience was managed to perfection by the waitstaff. Our table of 10 had 2 dedicated porch heaters and we were seated in a private area. The side deck allows access to the lower dock to view the sunset and enjoy some quiet time before the meal.

And the food did not disappoint. We ordered apps, taps, specials, kid meals — everyone enjoyed their meals which is often hard to do with 10 of us! The waitress checked in on us often and anticipated our needs. She was engaged with everyone at the table and knew how to work the young and old alike.

Truly a notable memory of our time on Christmas break from the upper Midwest. We would certainly return to this establishment next time we are in the area.

Fantastic seafood with a view! Must stop! Firecracker shrimp and the Blackjack sandwich were delicious.

Great place, awsome food, great service, friendly staff. Oysters Rockefeller delicious. Snapper was perfect. Flat bread fabulous. Great place to meet with friends. Live music. My only complaint would be it was hard to decide what to eat with so many favorites on the menu, cant wait until I go back again.

The fish tacos were the best I've ever had!

Cindy was the best waitress and the food was delicious. 1st time for my family and 3rd for me. Highly recommend. The BEST shrimp Tacos we've ever and i order often at other places. The peel and eat shrimp were the biggest ever. Soo good

Celebrated my nephew's birthday there today with a party of 12 and had a wonderful experience. The Hostess was very friendly when we walked up and the waitress was very good with the orders and service. We will return. Teak Senior
