Marlene, Tim and Bonnie are always so nice and knowledgeable. They have always handled anything we needed or have inquired about in a professional manner. Rick the building inspector goes above and beyond when we have called upon him for any building questions or inspections! It is so refreshing to have Larry Torino as the City Planner, his experience and ideas are perfect for Flagler Beach. It is so nice to live in a small town!

I have spoke with the building dept and code dept several times and found them VERY helpful not only getting information but also sharing their expertise and experience with oceanside conditions affecting buildings.

Total nightmare except Tim. Super arrogant staff. The inspector passed a wall pour without even showing up because he "knows the guy always does a good job." He passed a roof that I have had to call back on twice for leaks. He told me he would show at 7 for an inspection, never called and now I am beinh charged $60 for a reinspection fee. Get teeth pulled or go here? Pull my teeth. Horrible experience.

Terrible, rude people that work here. A gentleman threatened me after I told him of my frustration with Bonnie. Bad customer service, these people work for the city and should do better with its citizens.

Inspections arent done - but approved - UNSAFE . You need to pay the city to get a permit , but then hire a 3rd party to actually inspect home . worst areas are roofing - Inspector doesnt go on a ladder for inspection
