Presidents Walk

I love Presidents walk , I just renewed my lease going on my 2nd year living here. My apartment is very spacious its just perfect for Me . The staff on site have gone over and beyond for me as a Resident. If you need any information on this property I recommend you speak to Adrianna " She knows what she is doing " This complex is close to everything, Shopping ,Dining , and highways . Presidents walk is a Definite gem.! I am proud to call this place home.

The application process was super easy, my move in was great!!! The community is quite and clean. I love my apartment but most of all the complex Manager Adrianna is amazing, she is helpful, nice and request are answered within 24 hours. Loving the community 🤓

I must say that the manager, Adriana, has been very nice and pleasant to speak with. She is always responsive to my requests for maintenance easy to contact. She is a great manager and person.

My experience with president walk staff has been excellent and the manager Adriana is so very nice and helpful! also Carmen is a great manager and very polite ❤ Iam very happy overall as a resident and by the treatment from both this Ladies😊

Adrianna is a fair and decent Property Manager. She’s straight up and tells you the truth and will help as much as she can within her powers. For the rate of rent I dont see me moving anytime soon.

I have been at Presidents Walk for going on 2 years. I have never had a problem with the staff. The grounds are kept clean, its always quiet day and night. Whenever i needed anything done, it was taking care of. Im giving them a high 5💯💯

Presidents walk is the most affordable and cleanest places I have live in and it is close to all the best shopping districts and restaurants what more can you want .

It’s quiet, and very ideal in location. The leasing professional is very responsive and friendly.

Good apartment for a decent price in West Palm Beach. I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been pretty quiet with neighbors. I rarely ever hear anything. The property manager is also very responsive and helpful when I call or email. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to send a lot of maintenance requests when I first moved in and it didn’t seem like the apartment was properly cleaned, renovated and inspected after the last person moved out, but most of my requests were fixed. I decided to sign my lease for another year.

Been living here going on 3yrs now had problems at first with maintenance issues but now everything seems to be going in the right direction. Seen a lot of improvements lately. Very quiet and the Property Manager seems to be on top of her game. Keep up the good work Laura.

He tenido una buena experiencia desde que estoy viviendo acá. Es un sitio tranquilo y agradable. El encargado, el Sr. Nicolás Hernandez, es una persona bien diligente y muy amable en su trato. Recomiendo ampliamente el sitio para vivienda. // I´ve had a good experience since I've been living here. It´s a quiet and pleasant place. The manager, Mr. Nicolas Hernandez, is a well diligent and very friendly. I recommend the site for housing.

This place is low quality and BUG INFESTED. I got bamboozled by not being able to tour the property before arriving to unload the moving truck - there are no models apparently. Every single time I leave and come back to my unit there are roaches and bugs crawling everywhere. I’m not a dirty person, but there’s literally nothing bleach and soap can do. Management said “pest control” came but they came during the middle of the day and there’s been no followup - all they did was use bug bait that I could’ve bought at Home Depot myself. I’ve complained to management and put in work orders but nothings been done. See the photos included below, and those are just the tip of the iceberg. I had one crawling on me in my sleep last night, which woke up me startled. The property is constantly got litter on it, trash overflowing (and no recycling program implemented). I’ve been given no concession or support from management for living in what seems to be a cesspool of neglect. Appliances are outdated, cabinets and finishes are peeling and tattered. I even had to purchase my own wager and dryer, only to find out from the installer that my hot water valve for the washer hookup is broken. It’s been nothing but a disappointment. Don’t rent here or anywhere from this management company. They are apparently overwhelmed with calls and maintenance orders, so I’m assuming other properties of there are just as neglected.
