Body by Lee

Just started going here first experience, Lee was very nice and gave me a tour before I paid for my membership. Very clean space!! Many different machines for different types of workouts! And a designated women’s area. Great vibes and great prices!!

A friend of mine encouraged my wife and I to go to Body by Lee. We work out together very often, taking turns driving.

I thank him and thank him for introducing me to the gym. It has changed my life.

Misty is one of the the most beautiful encouragers you will ever encounter.

She works with each individual as an individual, setting the proper pace for their journey.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to find their better self

GREAT ENERGY!
I moved back to Abingdon area 2+ years ago and sought a gym. I chose Body By Lee. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and VERY helpful. In addition, this gym has an ample Women’s Area. Furthermore, my training sessions have proven to be especially beneficial. So glad I found this gym!!

Body by Lee is great! It is a safe place for ALL bodies! Exceptional trainers, Separate women’s area, and plenty of weights for the beginner to advanced lifter. No matter how many times I fall off the health wagon I know I can get back on by going back! Give it a try!

I had male trainer at the Coomes Center. We did the same workouts day after day. No results. I saw an ad where Lee was personal training professional athletes, females for the Miss USA, and even news anchors on Fox & News Max T.V. I was hesitant at first because I thought he was going to be out of my budget, but he really wasn't any more expensive than the other personal trainer I was using. Since using Lee, I've lost 44 lb of fat weight, I've gained 11 lb of lean weight, I've lowered my A1C, I've lowered my blood pressure, I've reversed my insulin resistance, and I've cut my meds in half, & I no longer sleep with a sleep machine. Lee is THE BEST ! ! !

Awesome Gym! I've been a member for almost 20 years. I've visited other places in our area and Lee's knowledge of healthy eating and exercise is superior to any other trainer! And the rates are fantastic!

Love DynaBody by Lee! I’ve been working out here for years and firmly believe this gym is the best fitness center in Abingdon. They’ve got everything; 24 hr access, private ladies room, awesome personal trainers and a fully stocked nutritional store I get ALL my supplements from. Plenty of weights to lift, cardio classes & machines and even boot camps for various fitness levels. If weight loss is your goal, Lee’s diet programs are fantastic for body transformation; he even helps you with suggestions for meal prep if you’re not sure of how much protein, carbs or fat to eat or if you need gluten-free. Lee and his staff are very knowledgeable about nutrition and getting in shape whether you’re ‘fitness challenged’ or already an expert. The facility is always very clean and the atmosphere is great. I always look forward to training here.

This gym had a lot of space and were very thoughtful in the way they set it up, and they are looking at ways to expand and add more. It’s a great space to get your fitness on!

What a clean gym! The lady was very nice and I could tell she took pride of her gym. The equipment was well kept and very user-friendly. What a pleasant experience!
