Friend's Cafe

We wish we could get here more often but cannot. They are only open until 2 pm but, we always get breakfast. The servers are awesome. So fast to greet you and serve you. They have license plates everywhere all from different areas. Only one thing I cannot deal with for too long is the place is not sound proof? Or insulated? Everyone is talking and laughing and having a good time which is great but, the feed back of voices bounces off the walls. And it's LOUD. It gives me a headache. BUT, so many customers don't seem to care.

Awesome breakfast great portions and even better staff

We love having breakfast at Friends! They have awesome food, filling portions, friendly service & really great prices. It's a local gem just a few blocks from the beach. I just suggested it to a couple visiting from Rhode Island and always recommend it to people who come thru our shop.

Loved this café. Don’t know where to start. The atmosphere is very laid back, super friendly and family feel. The food was absolutely delicious. The french toast were all delicious. They even let me order to try different ones in just one order/dish. Favorite one was the original. The butter pound cake was also outstanding. When we went up to the cashier, our waitress even came up to say thank you. Awesome place. Will be back when we are in the area.

I had the pancake special and it was great! Everyone in the restaraunt seemed really cheery and helpful when we had questions about the menu. Locals love this place and I do too!

Walked in right around 20ish minutes before they closed! We had found them online and saw they closed at 2pm then when we arrived the door actually said new hours with closing at 1pm we asked when walking in if it was ok to still sit down & the lady informed us we close at 1 so we still sat! And I must say I’m so glad they let us! Literally the best food! I ordered the cherry pie French toast with the house fries & it was the best French toast I’ve tasted! The waitress was also the nicest as well! Also saw a few local car tags from near our hometown! All around great experience! We will be back!

The food and service were great and the prices were moderate. Definitely a good first time experience. I will visit again and try their lunch menu.

On Sunday, we enjoyed the Steak and Eggs cooked to order nicely as well as the French Toast Special with nice thick Bacon. Pleasant service in a quaint small town cafe ambiance. Prices affordable enough to make regular visits (if only we lived closer). Oh, and be sure to purchase some brownies on your way out , if you like it chocolaty rich and cakey not heavy!

The food is absolutely incredible and the wait service was fun and friendly!! This place is an absolute treasure and I will definitely be returning. The food came out fast, the drinks were refilled quickly, and they even gave me two pickles with my meal when I mentioned that I was excited about getting a pickle. My chicken salad on a croissant was delicious, the grits were creamy and wonderful, my friend's pound cake French toast was great and very sweet, and the omelettes were big and tasty. Everything we had was so good, and the only disappointment was the fact that they were out of milk so my boyfriend couldn't get chocolate milk. They felt so bad about it that they gave him a little Klondike bar to make up for it! And it was all very inexpensive. Overall, a very enjoyable breakfast/lunch.

Very affordable, rich tasting, hearts, American comfort food. I had the Swiss burger and my brother in law had an omelette with French Toast. Everything tasted great!!

Service was quick and no-nonsense. I liked that!

The establishment is decently clean and the walls are plastered with awesome old license plates - I'm assuming from the man customers from all over through the years.

Definitely play this place a visit if you're in Flagler Beach or Palm Coast in general. 😀

Quick service. Food delicious had the French toast special it looks just like the picture😀 and the tomato spinach feta omelet. Very busy but everyone friendly and nice. Didn't feel rushed.

Always enjoy going to this little gem, last time we went the fellow behind us had his phone on speaker full volume having a conversation ,just about the whole time we were eating, so that was a little bothersome,other than that always a good place for breakfast

The service is amazing! The food is unreal tasty! I always sit at the bar. Coffee is so deliciousness! The eggs Benedict is to die for! Mmmmm yummy!!!

Food was great… didn’t take too long to come out after ordered. Very busy spot at times I’m sure . Definitely felt welcomed and prices were very fair

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!! I went to Flagler to visit my childhood stomping grounds and to propose to my girl. Our first morning we decided to try this place out and it was SOOOOO AMAZING we kept going back, and when we return to Flagler in the future we will go again and again. The food was great and the service was awesome!!! They live up to their motto, come in as strangers, leave as friends. The owner and cook, Eddy is very friendly. I tried and fell in love with skrapple LOL!!!

Food was excellent, just what we were looking for, and the service was as friendly as they claim.
