The Icebox Creamery

This is a small local spot for ice cream but they never disappoint. From soft serve to hand packed ice cream all their flavors are fantastic. They have extremely generous portions for the price and always have great customer service, no matter how busy they are. Don't forget to get a Pup Cup 😀

I could not believe the combined weight of the two two-scoop cups that I carried. My wife had the chocoholic and some other flavor; I had peanut butter overload and butterscotch bomb. Huge scoops, dense, so much so that the Ice Box Creamery gives out a heavy duty plastic spoon with each serving.

This was unbelievable ice cream. Huge portions, heavy and dense and rich. I recommend the trip.

Very nice place! The staff is kind and upbeat and they get through that line! The shaved ice is great! We will return to try more of the menu with all those great options and the pup cups are a bonus!!

This is the best ice cream I've had in a long time. The flavors are from real ingredients and so creamy! Lots of seating or just sit in your car. Love that it's Local and not some big box ice cream store. I'll be back for more!

Best ice cream in Locust Grove. I’d recommend the classic soft serve with sprinkles or my personal favorite shiver with Oreo and Reese (pictured below).

Quick service and friendly. Different featured flavors and all excellent! My son really likes the brownie sundae. The frozen banana was excellent, not too sweet.

What a great ice cream experience. Portions are big and variety of ice cream treats were wonderful and so tasty. Banana Split and Turtle (my aging wife said it was the best ever) sundae were awesome

I love ice cream, it’s one one if those things I line to have in the freezer at all times. But a good ice cream shop is hard to find. I am so glad we happened upon this little gem. I visit at least 1 time per weekend, but sometimes more. Don’t sleep on this hidden gem.

Ice cream is AMAZING! We ordered 2 Shivers. They were quick considering it was July 4th, efficient, and not expensive.

Mmm! The Chocoholic was so good! Loved that the base is dark chocolate ice cream. The staff were whipping out the orders left and right. Grab some dinner at ClearWater just down the road, then head over here for dessert. Won’t disappoint!

Our favorite ice cream place out of tons! Every flavor is amazing, the portions are huge, and it's not nearly as expensive as a lot of places. We go here all the time, and will all Summer.

1st time going here and it was amazing. The staff were super nice, friendly and quick making the ice cream. The kids and I loved it and will be going back!!!

Love the ice cream at this place! The Mississippi Mud Pie is a must try, but honestly, all their flavors are incredible! They also have a shaved ice that is really good if you are lactose intolerant, or just in the mood for a really good shaved ice. If you are in the area, or local, definitely stop by this stop, it's a great place for some ice cream.

My only con with them is they close way to early for the season we still have plenty of warm days left for Ice cream.
Serving size is large and soft serve always taste fresh, the customer service is No. 1

Always great food and good service. Sometimes a long line, but moves pretty quickly. Consistency is back as far as open hours - yay!
