Firehouse Subs Gentily Square

Love these folks! So friendly, professional and made my dining experience a pleasure.
I always order online then when I arrive my sandwich is ready so I grab it up then grab a table. Arrived 20 minutes earlier than I expected and a nice young man make my sandwich right away.. It was perfect and delicious. I had the New York steamer.
I appreciate you guys, Merry Christmas.

Great food, great staff, and definitely worth it. What else can you say about a sandwich shop. What else could you want. The manager is a 4'2" little stick of Dynamite. She runs a tight ship.

The Hook & Ladder and the Cajun Chicken are my favorites. Meatball, and Philly are good. I'm sure the rest are as well, but I'm a creature of habit, so I get what I know when I go.

Love going to Firehouse Subs. The service is great, The people are friendly and helpful. The food is great. Discovered that I like to order online and it's ready for pick-up when I get there.

I've been to firehouse only a handful of times and always get the Sweet & Spicy Meatball sub. However today, not only was the customer service great, but that was the best sub I think I've ever eaten! The cheese was perfectly coating the top of the sub and that sauce is delicious! Thank you guys for serving an outstanding sub and being so amazing while doing it.

Update: Went back and got another of the same sub so I could snap a pic of the beauty! It tastes like the first bite all over again! 😍

Their toasted club sub is amazing! I do get mine with all the toppings it comes with and I love it! It's perfectly juicy and all the flavors fit together! Ham turkey bacon cheese lettuce tomato onions sauces.... My husband gets the New York Steamer (pastrami & corned beef brisket) sandwich and it is very juicy and filled with alot of meat! The bread is always soft and warm and it almost had a hint of sweet taste. Great sandwiches!

The young man with the long hair working today made literally the best subs we've ever had from firehouse. Like honestly he needs a raise, it was fast and incredible. Everyone is always so nice, but he seems to work every time we're here and is so helpful every time.

Everything turns out good and I get what I'm asking for. I always use the Rapid Rescue to get it. Just don't expect it to be at the time your email gives you. It's always 15 minutes later from that time the past 3 times I've gone. I don't know if they're just starting online orders too late or what. Sometimes, I think I'd get it at the same time if I just went up to the counter. Otherwise, everything is fine.

I was in the store recently and William made my sandwich. He was so polite and my hook and ladder was the best I’ve ever had! He made me feel so welcome into the restaurant and his customer service was top notch!

Ordered on the app, showed up 5 minutes earlier than the time I chose. As soon as I walked in, they communicated that they had a lot of online orders & they are doing everything they can. They had my order ready only a couple minutes after I showed up! Great customer service!

We tried the tuna, hook & ladder, and the Italian. All were delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh.
