Wendy's

This was easily the best service I have had at a Wendy's since the 1990s. The staff was friendly and fast. We were a family of 6, and we were each particular about our orders. The cashier and manager made sure everything was correct. The store was also very clean. We were just traveling, though, but if we are ever in the area, we will definitely be back.

Cheap, decent taste, and always open. Frosties? Even better. Go here if you need some decent food for a pretty low price. Just makes use you got a quick buck to spend.

The girl behind the counter had a poor attitude, she acted like she didn't want to work at all. Milking her paycheck. The family of 5 that was in front of us walked out. The counter girl never gave a reason why it was taking so long. She never even acted like there were people in the restaurant. Very very poor attitude.

Was only here for an interview but the atmosphere here is wow. Never seen a wendys like this. Very clean. Very organized. Crew works very well together. No arguing or bickering like when u walk in to other fast food places. Id give 10 stars if i could.

All I can say it’s was so nice to get fresh hot friendly food at a fast food establishment. With friendly cashier …. Now days it’s hard to come by !!! Good

I love sebring Wendy's service I good and there fish sandwiches yummy

I cannot believe the outstanding customer service that I received at this location. About a month ago I lost my false teeth. They were wrapped up in a napkin, and I was visiting with friends at this location. Not knowing my dentures were inside one of the napkins, one of my party picked up all the napkins and tossed my dentures into the trash. We all left and I never thought anything about it. I got home and about 45 minutes later I realized that I hadn’t put my dentures in the cleaning solution for the night. I started to panic because I couldn’t find my dentures. I realized that my dentures were last seen at this location of Wendy’s so I went down there and Bianka, Jason, and Alex were wonderful. They pulled all the trash bags out of the dumpster after doing closing up procedures for the night and we went through all of the bags looking for my dentures. We spent a good hour and a half doing this. Unfortunately, we did not find them. I cannot speak highly enough to these great people! The food is also of high quality in great tasting. I definitely recommend this location!

My Wendy's in Fort Wayne Indiana did a great job of servicing and making the customer happy. This is my first time to go to the Wendy's in Sebring Florida. My receipt said Toi was my server, but to whoever it was acted like she was angry and another girl in the background upset. I asked my server one question about using your app. She said I don't do apps. She was giving me my coffee when I said I asked for cream and she said I don't do cream and sugar it's in the bag. Needless to say I'm not going to try your Wendys's again. I'm sorry but I really enjoyed your product in Fort Wayne. Mike Wilson

Food was good, but very busy and not enough help. The employee at the counter did great keeping up with the orders.

Stopped here on a road trip & this was the best experience I had at Wendy’s. They work efficiently and the food was hot and delicious. The employees were great :)

I lost something of great value the Manager Bianca Jenkins Jason and Alex help search for the item in the dumpster. They really help trying to find the item. Great employees.

Drove thu only don't go in. Friendly staff.

Finally a good fast food experience. Fries were hot and fresh , burgers were hot and fresh and chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. Went through the drive thru and the staff was polite and kept the line moving.

My five year old grandson was excellent all day and at 6:00 we had to do a pickup for our groceries the only thing he wanted was a cheeseburger so we went through Wendy's drive-thru and the speaker was broken so I thought oh wow then the lady at the window took her order and triple it and made an amazing gesture Wendy's needs to know employees like that are very very very rare and they should never let her go

We always love going to a Wendy's and this one has severed us right so far. I have had great breakfast there, and they seem to have great service and staff. Keep it up!

It's fast food. It's probably a notch better than the most popular fast food clown chain but the price is also a notch higher.

It's Wendy's. Just like all the other Wendy's. They have tables that can be moved together to accommodate your large group (if another large group isn't already there). There are half-booth/half-chair seats. It's reasonably clean.

Super crew stayed open just to get my order fresh and everything right to go handed to you with a smile . Thank you
