From the minute you arrive at Salty Paws, you will know you've found the gold standard in animal care. No matter the reason for the visit, from routine to end-of-life care, you will know your pet is as important to them as s/he is to you. Last year, they saved my dog, Fawn's life. This month, when her little heart was failing after 17 years, they compassionately helped me do what was in her best interest. Everyone on the staff that day comforted me as I said goodbye to my best friend. I can't really call it exceptional customer service because you and your pet are not treated like customers. You're treated like family.

Could not be more pleased with the visit today at salty paws animal hospital. From the moment we stepped into the office, we felt very comfortable and welcomed.
Our technician was caring and careful with our dog. She was thorough in her examination and the questions that she asked were very pertinent. When she was finished she went and got Dr. Carrie Coffey. Dr. Coffey is professional, thorough in her examination and in her questions concerning our dog. She was kind, caring and understanding of all of our concerns. She came up with a comprehensive plan to help with everything that's going on with our dog.
We have every confidence that Dr. Coffey and her staff will help us with all that we need to do for our dog. Highly recommend this office.

I called early Saturday morning, and after Grace looked at some texted pictures of Presley, she got me in right away. Presley received exceptional care and now 3 days later is back to his old self (minus some fur around his wound.)

This veterinarian is so caring and accommodating to its customers and their pets. When I adopted my pit bull mix I didn't know that I would later be diagnosed with MS. But the staff and doctors understand that I can't walk and control my dog now as I once could. I want to thank Zoe for walking Kane to my car after his appointment. It has become too difficult for me now while having to use a cane.

I absolutely love this office! Dr. Coffee and her team are amazing and it is clear that your pet is the number one priority. The front desk is so sweet and always greets me warmly. Having been to places where it seems like money is the most important thing, it means a lot to me to have found a place that is excited to see your pet every time you walk in. They even went the extra mile to squeeze me in same day when I found a lost kitten. I know all three of my cats are in great hands here :)

We cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Coffee and her assistant for the help we received on Saturday, January 6, 2024. We called their office early that morning asking for help with our dog Sparky. The severity of his unexpected illness, which was diabetic ketoacidosis, was brought to our attention,, earlier in the week by another Vet office. We had struggled with making the right medical decisions for Sparky. At the recommendation of the other Vet office, we had him hospitalized and tried everything we could to save his precious life, but each day became worse for him. When we finally couldn’t watch him suffer anymore, we contacted Salty Paws asking for help. It was explained to us by Dr. Coffee and her assistant, in a very kind, patient, and loving way that it was best for Sparky to be put to sleep. So that afternoon we gave our boy back to Jesus. We had not been clients with Salty Paws, yet they took us in and treated us and Sparky as if Sparky had been a life long patient of theirs. Their detailed explanation of this terrible disease and what the near future would entail for Sparky helped us make the decision that we knew, with broken hearts, was the best for him. From the first phone call we made to the office to the last visit we made, we received the very best treatment of kindness, compassion, and patience from everyone in the office. Saying thank you seems so inadequate to express our gratitude to this wonderful group of people. God bless you all.

My blind cat, Cee Cee, was having some issues with her ears, which is extra not great considering that she literally doesn’t have eyes and is pretty dependent on her hearing. I called and was given an appointment right away!
Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and made to feel very welcomed. The office is clean and organized and decorated so nicely! The vet tech made sure Cee Cee felt safe and was very thorough in explaining the process to me. The veterinarian, Doctor Coffey, was so kind and took her time talking with me without making me feel rushed. I also saw her greeting other pet parents in the lobby, making the experience feel like far less of a business transaction than I’ve experienced at other clinics.
I truly appreciated all the staff and highly recommend this office! Thank you :)

I’m so grateful for Dr. Rogers & her totally awesome staff, thank you all so much for the impeccable care you provided my babies. Their exams were very comforting & thorough & I’ve never seen my animals at such ease in a place unfamiliar to them before. Dayna & Matt are exceptional 🙏🏻 I’m still learning the names of everyone else there so if I didn’t mention you specifically by name my apologies but you do incredible work as well & I look forward to getting to know you all 👍🏻👍🏻 I hate when my cats get sick but I honestly enjoy bringing them here. We brought our Senior cat in because she was very sick. They did a great job of cleaning her up and getting her hydrated. Very thankful they could get her in on such short notice. Kitty is back to her old self and feeling much better!! Highly recommend this Practice for your fur babies :)

From the front desk to the doctors and all the way back to my car I have always had the most positive experience and my fur babies are always wonderfully taken care of.

Salty Paws is the BEST ! They treat our dogs and cat like they would treat their own. They truly love them, and they love what they do and it shows!

This is the 2nd time I've visited Salty Paws in 2 weeks since moving from NY in September. I regret not coming here SOONER! The vet technician Taylor and the 2 doctors my babies saw actually spent time getting to know my dogs and sincerely are concerned and care. The doctor took her time explaining my boy dog's congestive heart failure situation and put me to ease. I am so grateful to find this special group. I am mad for putting off going there until now. I also want to note that the structure of the exam room had my dogs thinking they were at a play date, they were at ease and comfortable in the atmosphere provided. Thank you to this wonderful local veterinary group!!

We were from out of state and our girl's tummy did not handle all the traveling well, but the Dr. here treated her as his own. Thank you!!

Dr. Coffee is amazing. In fact, the whole team is. I travel a lot for work and have had to get vaccines on the road and I fax them to the office. They are accommodating and listen to my concerns with my dog, Duke. I am so glad I found them. If you want a Doctor that will get down on the floor at your pets level, this is the place to go. Thank you for taking care of my boy whether I am in town or not.

Salty Paws is such a great place. Everyone there is so friendly and have always been so kind to my kitty. Today I needed a medication right away as I was out. They not only filled it for me right away but even put a heart ❤ on the bag. So caring!

Awesome place! I recently moved to Palm Coast from St. Augustine and wanted to find a more local vet and I was not looking forward to making a change, but I am so glad I did. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable, super nice, and helpful. The doctor I saw is amazing. When is the last time you left a veterinary office feeling good about the experience? I did today!

This was the most well organized, caring , place I've ever seen. Heather the vet was so friendly took her time, with my kitten Rose did a follow call, and was very helpful. The best!

This place truly cares about its customers and their animals (rare) they were wonderful to me and my dog in an emergency situation. They saved my dogs life .Highly recommend
