These guys rock! They gave me and my father great advice to put us on fish.
The prices are very affordable for bait and tackle.

Went in today looking for a new reel because I broke mine. Al and Joe couldn’t have been helpful in choosing one and even taught me how to set the line and everything. Recommended the right bait and hooks for my situation. Great conversation and tips for any novice. Definitely will be back. Thanks again guys. Stay safe everyone.

'Big' Al was very accommodating! I was lucky enough to try this place when he was there. He and his brother helped with a 'new' (refurbished but works like new; fixed by Big Al's) reel and taught us the basics for surf fishing beginners. He assisted with everything we could possibly need. Al is a smart man and will be blunt, but overall a genuine and awesome guy.

Stopped here yesterday, he had shrimp when 3 other bait shops we stopped at did not, and they were cheaper! He also gave me some excellent advice that worked for me this morning on fishing the local area. Not sure why it's not rated higher, but it's a great bait store.

My first visit. Fishermans paradise. Has everything you need. Local information, fresh and dead bait. Tackle, Rods, Reels and all required elements. No need to go anywhere else.

Great place, small but well stocked and very helpful. I am a freshwater norther fisherman and the fella put new line on a saltwater pole for me and rigged it out for me to shore fish, You can not ask for better service than that goes a long ways for me when picking a place to do business. recommend this shop

Great store with bait and fishing gear. You can buy live shrimp and more.

Called them looking for a plug for my boat and they had one , but when I got there it was the wrong on (due to my lack of knowledge of boats) , the gentleman behind the counter went to his truck and gave my his .
We will be using this shop from now on.

I use to work for Al in 2003 when he had Flagler Bait and tackle. I left just after he opened Big al' s after working for him for almost a year and i learned alot from him about fishing and life I've missed him and wish I could of stayed. It breaks my heart seeing the negative reviews and comments, Al works hard day in and day out to bring his customers the best of what he can find and gives his customers the best prices that he can. Fishing is a sport, its a family pass time and tradition of many people keep in mind like many other sports it's not cheap but still cheaper than going to a movie with your family and fishing offers a better bonding experience for EVERYONE. I seen comments about rude staff, Al will not put up with rude staff and he will deal with them you just have to talk to Al he's easy to talk to and will not hesitate to correct any concern you may have.

Will definitely be going here more often.. the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of the fishing in the area

Guy working today was awesome! They were having trouble with their computer to get us fishing licenses but he was so helpful with showing us how to do it online!

Great prices (compared to pier) and more options. They even have a bait vending machine. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only place I get bait!

Love this baitshop, they always provide me with nice big healthy shrimp. The younger man that works there always gives me good recommendations on tackle.

personally i love big als i go there ll the time and get live shrimp mullet and lots of tackle and i will keep using them as my bait-shop.

Went to the bait shop after not catching anything for days and the guy mike was super nice gave me advice and a great experience. The guy Freddy was an idiot but mike was the coolest employee ever and will give anyone help
