I am on crutches and can’t push a cart. I needed supplies for a sick kitten in a hurry so I had to go by myself. Beth was amazing and pushed my cart, picked out my items and loaded them into my Jeep! Thank you so much Beth! Great customer service!

Today I took my Australian Cattle/Great Pyrenees mix to Petsmart and I am again so super happy with the results!! These photos are a before and after of my girl! She typically gets super long fur that we let grow out over the winter and about this time every year we book her an appointment with Shannon who always does a phenomenal job! Our female Freya has terrible separation anxiety and Shannon does an amazing job making her feel comfortable and safe during her grooming experience! Last Friday we also took our 3 year old corgi Echo to get groomed. He was groomed by Autum and she did a fabulous job!! He has very coarse fur and was shedding like crazy! She did a beautiful job trimming his coat and making sure to get all that loose fur off of him. We have always booked Shannon as our groomer but Autum did such a good job with our corgi we totally trust her grooming him again! These two ladies at the Petsmart in Leesburg are worth checking out if your pup needs a good groom!

Elvis loves getting his haircut at Petsmart. They are very nice to him he is an elderly 14 year old.

During the height of covid, the birds and various other animals were missing. Glad to see them back.

Okay so I am biased with this PetSmart cause this is where I adopted my dog but really they are very nice here. They have everything I need. I take my dog to the Banfield vet in the store and they have always done a good job. The vet actually opens before the store opens so you can make early appointments and take your dog in before the store officially opens which is a nice bonus. Staff have been helpful and accommodating.

I've purchased a bag of dog food from here and over the course of a month we found some weird webbing halfway through the food and didn't know what it was. I took it into PetSmart to ask and they explained that it was some type of moth that eats the food and lays eggs. They immediately took the food back replaced it with a new one that they opened and checked for issues for me and then put that food in a clean bag for me and told me to wash out my container in case their were residual eggs from the previous food.

They didn't need to do any of that extra stuff for me but I've found that they usually do and I appreciate them for that.

My dog is extremely scared of loud noises. She especially hates car sounds, so going out of the vet inside the store and back into the parking lot to drive home is always a challenge. She is making progress but still has a hard time.She pulled and hid under the cash register and this kind person when we were checking out pet her, covered her ears to help calm her down, and was so patient with her. He actually made her stop shaking and she loved him. He was so sweet and clearly has a way with animals. I was very grateful the Petsmart associate working at the Leesburg location around 6pm on 1/19 for being so kind to my dog and patient. Thank you!

I had a very difficult transaction, but Tanya the store manager did not give up and took care of me.

For tropical fish, a nice selection and a reasonable price. There are always specials, too!

I was extremely pleased with the grooming experience my little dog had with Kris in Leesburg. I will definitely recommend her and, from viewing other dogs groomed at this store by other groomers, you can't go wrong with any you choose.

Ordered dog food and petsmart delivered it 2 hrs later. Outstanding service. They sent texts every step of the delivery process. Great customer service.

We made a last minute grooming appointment and we were really impressed with the groomers that worked with our dog! They were amazing!

They love our little Pup, Bear at our PetSmart. We get all his needs there, which include grooming, Health insurance, food and a wide array of treats. I wouldn't say no if they gave him treats when we took him with us though. I know other places we've been to do that!!

After spending what feels like wasted trips and money at the Sterling and Chantilly locations, I have finally found the perfect place!

I have a 5 month old female Yorkshire terrier, Guiness, with especially wiry hair, which is not the norm. I've picked Guinness up from other locations in the same state I left her in with no sight of even a trim.

I needed an appointment at the last minute and Leesburg was happy to help. I was greeted by a very welcoming woman, Cathy. I told her my concerns with Guinness' hair and she quickly gave me options to figure out what would suit Guinness the best.

When I returned to pick Guinness up, she looked GREAT!! Where other groomers told me they couldn't cut Guinness because she was still a puppy and behaved like so, Cathy said Guinness did great. I'm truly a believer that dogs feed off the energy from the people around them. So, again, a huge thank you to the Leesburg PetSmart Grooming Staff--especially Cathy (or Kathy)! I'll be back very soon!

For prescription dog foods, they are located in the back on the cat food side....Don't ask!!! The vet clinic has a friendly staff. There is obedience training and grooming. Avoid on adoption day. Hard to walking and not walk out without a puppy. Make sure you have your prescription card if picking up prescription dog food.

Great selection for cat and dog owners, and prior shortages of wild bird food have been resolved.
They have a great order-online pick-up-cur side service.
The employees are unfailingly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Good selection of pet's supplies and treats. I have 3 male guinea pigs, Berry, Chip Chip and Niko, always gets oxbow food and treats. Cute pet costume too

My experience was great so far at least I went in there with my son and daughter looking for fish and there was a gentleman who was cleaning the fish tanks today who helped me pick out two betta fishes. he was very knowledgeable and he helped me pick out everything that I needed to get the two betta fishes ready my children were very happy and excited and I'm looking forward to the experience with them. hopefully I can take care of them the right way but I know that if I have any questions I can go back to Petsmart and he will help me w answers.
