CubeSmart Self Storage

I went to CubeSmart but no spaces parking spaces were available for my van. Ariel followed up with me when a spot was available. I came same day, he was very professional and courteous. He was quick and helpful setting up my account. Great experience overall.

I've always had a good experience even when things were bad. Any problems were promptly taken care of. The staff is always super friendly, I have never experienced someone having a "bad day". Would continue to use them but we moved 200 miles away.

Amazing customer service! The very sweet lady and super nice man showed excellent professionalism and checked me into my new 10x10 storage unit with a military discount and everything! Thank you. And hats off to the CubeSmart business for providing an opportunity to rent a 14 foot moving truck through them at the property for an extremely low cost ($10)!!! Such a huge help for customers!!! Many thanks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location due to the employees!

The facility is clean and climate-controlled. The gate always works. We had easy access to our storage area near parking and also near the door. We rarely encountered other people, so access was not a problem. The space was ample and the items we stored were in good condition after 2 years.

I rented a unit from the Cube Smart storage and the trámite was easy and painless.Ariel was very professional and knowledgeable.

Aanjae is the site manager at the Manassas location and dealing with her was a wonderful experience. She was kind, thorough and accommodating. The facility was clean, well-kept and secured. Highly recommend if you think about climate-controlled storage.

We had an easy time moving into this storage unit. The office manager Mia was quick at setting everything up for us while multitasking calls and other customers. I really appreciated that she took the time to walk and show us where our unit was located. On top of that she was very friendly to us and my four year old daughter.

After we left the location we realized there was some confusion with the advertised online rent rate. I called customer care since the reservation was handled online and not in store. I was pleased that Mia followed up with us from the CubeSmart location to help us rectify the matter. She truly cares about her customers and we are pleased with our service.

The service provided by Andrea and the rest of the Cubesmart staff is superlative. I always receive a friendly greeting when I visit the office and the staff are always able to assist with questions. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the business.

Additionally, the facility is very well maintained and clean. I feel completely comfortable knowing my belongings are safe.

It was easy to get started. The facility was clean and well maintained. It was simple to get in & out when I needed to. The staff was polite and easy to work with. My calls and emails were responded to in a timely manner.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the regulations written by their management. The price was good and i did appreciate the extra precautions they impose to prevent damage to property from any pests. They definitely propose good caution to prevent covid/disease spread among units.

I was there like a week ago and ran into Alexis while I was at my buddies unit with him. She was very professional and made sure the space was still working out and if we needed more or less we could come to the office and do so. She was very friendly with the time she talked to us

Patrick was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and attitude made a very stressful move less so. He was able to do the paperwork quickly and even made us laugh a little. We feel very confident that CubeSmart was a good choice to store our belongings and trust they will be well taken care of.

Absolutely wonderful staff. They were always courteous, friendly, and professional. If there were any issues [and I had none], I knew it would be handled quickly and efficiently. Just a great staff.

The General Manager Andrea has always been very friendly and helpful with all my needs. I hate to see her leave, but I am happy to see her getting a brand new store. She represents Cube Smart very well. I will miss her at this store.

I would like to recognize Odessey and the customer service that she provided. You can tell that she cares very much for her customers. I originally requested Dominion Storage through my AAA membership and I was not aware that the Dominion Storage was owned by CubeSmart and was on my way there when Odessey called to let me know that she would be meeting me there. GOOD thing too as I was on a time crunch and would have arrived to find a very empty office and been upset... Overall, one of the most pleasant customer service experience to date.Thank you Odessey

I would like to recognize Penny and Anthony who went above and beyond to help me with my reservation and move under the most insane circumstances. There's absolutely no way I could have gotten everything done under the time constraints imposed on me without the outstanding professionalism these two displayed in their ability to find viable solutions to the seemingly endless problems that kept turning up. They are a true credit to the organization and I sincerely hope that Cubesmart will recognize them for the great work they do. I cannot thank Penny and Anthony enough for their patience, perseverance and dedication. Six stars!

At Cubesmart, I had a good experience with Ms. Collier she was very helpful for getting me into my storage room. She explained the rules and regulations of the lease to me clearly she did not rush she remained calm and patient the whole time. Overall, I would recommend cubesmart and dealing with Ms. Collier.
