I have always had a good experience with Petco, from buying some supplies and purchasing a cute male guinea pig, 🐷 purchased a cute green male 🦜 parrket, 🐠 🐟 for my aquarium. Staff is very helpful and have helped me with making choices with what I needed for my 🌊 my furry crew and my 🕊 high friend.

Sitara is the name of the young lady that assisted me at the cash register and at the small pets section at closing time Sunday night, she was very nice and asked if I needed any help, then she asked me if I wanted to pet the ferrets (because I was looking at them), I replied “REALLY!?” I was so excited and surprised, I will be returning to Petco and I can easily recommend to others. She needs to be considered for management roles in the future. Great example of quality customer service.

Store was clean and well stocked. Traveling veterinary tech and veterinarian were friendly and very knowledgeable. Great job thank you.

Staff is extremely friendly and they have one of the best selections of fish I've ever seen in a Petco.

This is the first time I've ordered online for ready pick up at Petco. The service was good! The order was correct and the cashier was very kind and competent. I ordered this 5watt flat Aqueon heater for my 1.5 gallon betta tank. It seems to work very well.

I went back to Petco to purchase a betta and found good assistance in that department and a cordial, cheerful gal at checkout. I won't go anywhere else from now on for betta needs.

We ordered online and picked up at store and had a flawless transaction. We were merely greeted soon as walking through the door and we were in and out in no time. The staff at this location were extremely pleasant and nice.

Christine has been a great trainer for my dog. Hopefully he will get his certification as a Therapy Dog so we can volunteer to visit the elderly at Nursing Homes as well as our local hospitals to give comfort to those in need.

I was warmly greeted at the store in both days, 10/1 and 10/2. The associates were nice and knowledgeable.

Every time I go into this store, either Kaitlynn or Brian are right there to assist me with my crazy amounts of rabbit supplies, cricket needs, and the like. Every staff member is always so kind, but these two staff members truly go above and beyond for me. In terms of supplies, the store doesn't always have everything in stock, but that comes with the territory of being in a densely populated area with more than one pet owner patronizing the store. For the most part, I find what I need and always have a great experience here.

Love this place. The staff are so helpful in person and on the phone. I needed high protein food and the team got it for me.

My puppy and I just completed six weeks of training with Mark. It was great! Mark is so friendly and such a great instructor. My puppy, Maggie, adored him. We learned so much. I am so grateful for the time we spent with Mark. Maggie is a much better puppy now and I will be able to continue her training with all Mark taught us!

The lady who was in grooming was so kind! My dog HATES getting her nails trimmed, no one has ever been able to get them short. The lady got them cut in under 3 minutes (record for us) and the lady at the cash register was also very helpful.

Brian and Mark were amazing! After getting turned away from PetSmart in Leesburg, we were able to leave with our ball python from Petco! Thanks so much! Highly recommend.

Great place. So many improvements over the last couple months, very pleased to stay that the staff seem like they really care and the animals and Bettas are looking in better condition than they have in the past year. The aquatic specialist Huda very professionally introduced herself and helped me fill my aquarium. She had a very good manner with the fish and instead of using the net to catch the fish (the nets are horrible) she used a breeder box to catch the fish. She was very talented and extremely knowledgeable. She seemed very passionate and that's hard to find in store associates. She gave me so much good information on the fish I was choosing and I was surprised how much she accurately knew about each and every fish I purchased. She talked to me about Betta fish and knew so much! I've been in the fish business for a very long time and I feel like a novice now after seeing how much she knew. The fish were very nicely caught and bagged so well. Highly recommend buying your fish from here as they seem in great care by someone who really cares. Extremely pleased and definitely making more visits at this aquatic section from now on.

Brittany is an amazing pet groomer. I have only been to one other facility for pet grooming and definitely will keep going to Petco for Brittany's services. Great customer service, patience and caring for all the pets.

Brittany is such a fantastic groomer, I love having her take care of my dog and my dog loves all of the attention that Brittany gives her! I am always so happy with Brittany's services!!

I have an older dog (13 now) and they have groomed her a couple times a year since she was young. The girls in the back take such good care of her and so I splurged for the full grooming/deshedding package a couple of years ago. Wow! It was worth every penny so I've been taking her quarterly. . She barely sheds at all for 3 months afterwards, her coat is shiny, teeth brushed, & nails clipped, ready to go to the Ball! I will never go anywhere else. Love that place.
