Extra Space Storage

I arrived to the location and Haileigh welcomed and explain all my concerns about renting a property in the Potomac mills location. She’s very friendly and professional . Definitely recommended this location . Very clean and spacious.

Haileigh Donaldson is amazing! So nice! Answered every question and we were able to change our dates and everything with her. She answered the phone every time we called and was always so professional. I have been to 3 other storage units and this was by far the BEST experience I’ve had. Thank you so much Haileigh you need a raise for the amount of work we had you doing for this unit. THANK YOU!!!!!

I booked the unit online and then came to the facility a couple days later. The staff member I dealt with was amazing. When I went to my locker unfortunately I booked a 10x15 and there was a small door and it was even obscured by a handrail so that there was only 12 or 18 in to squeeze in. I went back to the office, told her what the issue was. She immediately got me a unit a couple of spots down that was spot on. When I knew we were moving I went online put my move out date and got to packing. On move out day I let the young lady in the office know and she verified that it was all in the computer. All payments were automatic. I got text messages letting me know when it was due and emails with receipts. Overall really easy experience.

Great customer service and clean storage area. Security is above other places. Units are nice and big

The manager was very pleasant, and our experience scoping out different units and getting the lease signed was as well. Would recommend for an easy experience getting more storage.

Haley and Tierra have been incredibly helpful. I needed to downsize my space and the process was so easy. They were both friendly and customer oriented. I really appreciated their help and attention. Great work ladies!

I’ve had a good experience at Extra Space storage. It was a smooth process to get a unit and move my items. I am only moving out because I have space for my things now. I’d definitely use them again!
