These guys are great! We had several units for a few years. They were great with billing, very responsive with any issues or questions. Location is very clean and secure, with plenty of lighting inside and out. Large area to turn around easily and safely. Definitely recommend

I rented a storage unit for a year at Extra Space and have been quite satisfied with my experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me peace of mind. I appreciated the climate control feature, which helped protect my items from extreme temperatures. The facility also offers convenient access hours, making it easy to visit my unit whenever needed.

I have rented multiple storage units for multiple years at this facility. The grounds are always well-maintained, and my belongings are safe and secure. The staff has been extremely helpful and have made the process of moving in and ending my lease for a unit I no longer needed a super simple process.

Bob was extremely helpful when we got two storage units during our move. The units are very clean. If you expect to have the unit for 6 months to a year, I suggest locking it in for that time frame to avoid a possible price increase.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Clean, well managed, and credible staff. I rented 2 climate-controlled units for 4-5 months and had a great experience. The property was very clean, well maintained, felt safe, and my household items felt secure. Bob was also terrific to work with, very responsive, and professional. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the Woodbridge/surrounding areas!

Very new and clean on the inside. It’s secured well. The customer service was good too. I would recommend. I got a 5*10 unit for~$114/month.

Securing a storage unit here, moving to a larger unit about a year later, and moving out were all very easy processes. The staff in the office is friendly and responds quickly to inquiries.

Had an excellent experience working with Bob, the manager. My unit price went up $100 a month after only four months, and he helped me switch to a smaller and less expensive unit in the building saving me the extra expense of moving to another company. Units are clean, well kept, and it feels like a safe and secure place. The best part is how helpful and knowledgeable Bob has been throughout the process.

Extra Space Storage was quick and convenient. The unit was clean and the check out was seamless. I would use this facility again if needed.
