I brought in several sentimental pieces of silver jewelry that had tarnished over the course of several years for professional cleaning, and nonetheless I was absolutely astonished and beyond satisfied with the work they did at Palm Bay Jewelers. Rings, earrings, bracelets- everything I brought in looks brand new! Their jewelry selection is very nice as well. All of the employees are very approachable and kind. I wouldn’t think twice to give them my business again. Thank you guys for the amazing work!

Great customer service, engagement ring was to large and spins around... Lydia fixed the problem for me within 10 minutes. She didn't even charge me for the awesome little device she put on it, (which prevents it from spinning). Thank you so much Lydia. I will definitely be back.

The middle diamond setting on my vintage onyx ring kept coming out, even after I took it to get “fixed” somewhere else. Decided to take it to Palm Bay Jewelers this time and they did a wonderful job and replaced the entire setting instead of just barely soldering it like the last place did. Took a bit longer than expected but it was ok as it was a complicated job. I am just grateful they took their time and fixed it right! It is now perfect and the new setting is solid. Very happy with them.

Had my wedding ring and a new band sized and soldered together. Also needed a small stone replaced. They fixed the issue and also straightened the center stone. Cleaned, sized,and soldered perfectly. Quality work and amazingly friendly. This will be our go to jewelry shop from now on. Absolutely superb all around. I almost didn't recognize my own ring it was so perfect

Wonderful jewelry store. I've shopped there for years. Christmas or birthday presents I can always find something unique. Nice friendly, knowledgeable staff. Last time in I wanted a scarab bracelet for my wife on Christmas. I'd been in and out of four or five shops and online. I walked in and asked if they happened to have a scarab bracelet the woman smiled, turned around and took one off a peg on the wall. Sold. A beautiful bracelet.

Was looking for a simple neckalace for a gift, tried a few of the big box type jewelers and wasn’t able to find anything, tried them and they had exactly what I was looking for in a price no one else could beat. Should of started here first. Friendly service, knowledgeable

Amazing jeweler, I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I got a ring that was my grandmothers and it was in pretty bad shape, so I brought it to them to have them refinish the ring since the white gold band had a bunch of scratches on it and had started to get a yellow tinge to it. Needless to say it looked like a brand new ring once they were done with it. There was about a 2 week wait on it, but she knew I needed it soon and they got it back to me in 2 days. Mr. Herbst is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and fairly priced. I would not trust my watches with anyone else. The importance of a skilled jeweler cannot be overstated and Mr. Herbst is certainly that individual. I have repeatedly recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Needed my watch fitted and a new battery. 10$ for the battery with a 1 year warranty and 7$ to get the watch fitted. Amazing customer service family owned business and very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. I will definitely be back in the future to replace my battery!

After hearing from several friends about this shop I stopped in to have some earrings repaired. As all of the reviews say, the place is excellent. Friendly, professional and very affordable. Recommended to us by a long time Palm Bay resident. We had family crest rings made here and were so very satisfied with the quality and customer service. We've used their appraisal service as well. Let me start by saying how wonderful this family is. Mike, Michele, and Lydia are the bomb♥♥ and Jason too. I have for years bought my own jewelry here and they have always always been superior. Incredibly friendly and fast service. Tried to get my watch battery replaced at the mall, but they were charging a ridiculous price. I was in and out of Palm Bay Jewelers with a fixed (and cleaned) watch in 10 minutes and at a fraction of the cost.
