OMG Sheri T was AMAZING!!! We needed 2 king size bed sets but could not go to the store as we are part time residents. Sheri assured us our delivery would be in 3 day's time and completely set up as promised. And it was !!! We are in the customer service business so when we get great customer service we are very impressed. Highly recommend this furniture store in Sebring, Fl

The people of Babcock are easy to get along with their credit they're very knowledgeable of their product which is a big influence on me because I used to work in the resort hotel industry where I had to be knowledgeable of my products and what they were Babcock people are. Another thing is they took a chance on me when my credit was bad because of having to pay outrageous child support and so forth now that I want to have the outrageous child support every time I need furniture I go back to Babcock because of who they are and what they did for me.

Jennifer is the one that helped my mother pick out the exact furniture that she wanted. She was so sweet to me and made sure that our purchasing experience went by smoothly and quickly. Her personality never changed. She was happy and kind every time we spoke to her whether we were on the phone or in the store. Excellent customer service there needs to be more people in the industry like Jennifer.

The associate who helped me in purchasing a new entertainment center was Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable with the different products and pointed out a great fit for my living room and TV size. This store is always clean and presentable. I have used this Badcocks store for years now and everytime I am in the store I am very satisfied with the products, employees, and management.

I had a small issue with a previous purchase. Nothing the company did I purchased the insurance they offer to cover any damages. That being said I noticed that the sofa had a small tare and wasn’t sure why. I called Badcock and spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she was amazing. No questions asked she said that I they couldn’t fix the one I had but I could choose another sofa and they would exchange it.

She helped me along and I ended up purchasing a few more items. I have to say they are ver reputable I have friends that purchased furniture through another store and they weren’t even honoring their warranty that they purchased and are still having issues. I just went in and everything was resolved quickly. The service was amazing the people were very kind and personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from Ashley Furniture! Shop here instead! I’ve bought tons of furniture from both places and Badcock is far superior in quality and service and their prices are lower. When I’ve had issues at Ashely (and there have been many, many issues) they don’t offer to make it right, they honestly act like they could care less... and their furniture protection plans are a total joke. Nothing is covered. Total opposite experience at Badcock. I’ve rarely had an issue with anything and the one time I did, they were quick to make it right without hassle.

I walked into Badcock this morning to purchase a recliner for my husband's birthday. A salesperson greeted me immediately, and checked on availability on what I was interested in and I was out the door within 10 minutes. My new chair will be delivered next Friday for my husband's birthday and I was extremely pleased with how well this buying experience went.

We have been to a lot of furniture stores but this place makes you feel like family. they go out of the way to help you and let you understand what you want to buy or what you would like to buy. There is no pressure in buying and they will help with you credit. you will get the warm and fussy when you go there. and you will have to ask your self why did you wait so long.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received at Badcock Home Furniture. Due to an oversight on OUR part we purchased a couch that didn't fit my wife. BHF was so kind and responsive in helping us rectify this situation. We would recommend BHF to anyone looking for furniture. You won't be disappointed!

The best they are always willing to help. The only thing I would say bad is the store is hot inside. But they will whatever it takes to get you approved for shopping in there store. As long as you pay your bill on time you will never have a problem for them. Very nice furniture in the store. Always very nice to deal will. Would recommend to buy from this store. Just pay your bill on time is all you have to do

Great buying experience. I had never even been in a Badcock Furniture Store before. I was in very bad need of a sofa after a bad experience at a different furniture store. Sheri at the Sebring store was so wonderful and helpful. I couldnt believe I was able to get this beautiful, comfortable sofa that I just love and she arranged it so it was delivered that afternoon. I want to say thank you to Sheri and give her a big raise. I will not hesitate to go back there when I need more furniture.

I was so impressed with everything about this store I went for a washer dryer my sales associate was Drew he was exceptional I was in and out and got exactly what I wanted

The gentleman me and my mother worked with was very kind and helpful. He remembered me when I went to pick the bed up and it made the process very easy. My new bed is in great condition and I got it within a week.

The associate jennifer was very nice and knowledgeable on guiding My wife and I to the right bed. Even though I made a mistake thinking the bed we had was a full , when it was actually a queen so when I called she was able to immediately get it taken care of for me.

Went there to apply for credit so I could get this living room set I have had my eye on for a while. Andrew helped me out a lot and everything went smoothly. I got my stuff ordered and it even got delivered on the same day! Also, my parent have been fond of Jennifer for years, she is always there to help them get some really awesome pieces. I would definitely reccomend this Sebring location.
