My parents kept telling me to go to Wyatt-Ogg, but I had found what I wanted on line. I ordered from company "X", and waited 3 months, finally canceled my order and came to the conclusion I would have to settle for something else.

I walked in Wyatt-Ogg on a Wednesday at lunch, just looking, and before my eyes was the set I was waiting 3 months for...IN STOCK! I asked how much for the couch and recliner, the answer I was given was 500.00 cheaper than what I was going to pay.

The best part of the review, honest, friendly customer service, and would you believe 2 hours later, that set was in my house!

The owners and workers of this company have great old fashioned values. I bought a speed wash queen machine that the water level was incorrect on 1st washload. Called them to discuss and they were willing to work with me. I turned the machine off and it reset itself. Now the machine works fine. I love working with good honest people. And the guys that deliver are fantastic.

My mother needed a new washing machine as her old one was leaking each time she used it. I contacted Wyatt-Ogg from my home in Winston Salem, NC and asked for some assistance in putting together a deal for a new top-loader Speed Queen washer including delivery and removal of the old machine. Will and Matthew provided outstanding customer service as did the Wyatt-Ogg delivery team. With 24 hours of contacting the store, Mom had her new washer installed. She has been a regular customer of Wyatt-Ogg since moving to West Point in 1986. Again, many thanks for a job well done!
