Great customer service with an above and beyond attitude. This was especially true for Cody who was working the self check out area and the women working in the painting section.

I shop here all the time. The staff is friendly and fair. I've had dozens of positive interactions here. This is the best place in Warrenton for any home improvement needs.

This goes to the garden department specifically, they were very informative extremely helpful and assisted me and getting the products I need to keep pests away from my plants and get the nutrients that they need. It's not very frequently that you go into Home Depot and somebody has the knowledge of these guys did. They recommended neem oil, a type of fertilizer spray, and I was in the midst of buying a hose when there was a gentleman who was a hose specialist explaining the differences in the hoses which aided me and picking a hose that should last me a long time. Thanks for the help garden dept team. Can't wait to see my garden flourish. Tilled a 30x30 plot and mixed in some garden soil from miracle gro, putting perimeter fence up and planting tonight and tomorrow. I'll try and remember to update.

Staff is always helpful, and if they're not familiar with your project, they'll be glad to get someone who is.

The HVAC technician that came out did many things that many technicians do not. He actually listened to me. He actually valued my observations about the problem before he started his work. Once he began, he discovered the problem faster than anyone I've ever observed, in any industry, has ever resolved any issue. Most importantly, when he discovered that my problem required no actual repair (a configuration issue resulting from a previous power-outage) and cost $0.00 to resolve, he actually told me this. There are three professions that are predominantly filled with people of flexible integrity: mechanics, car salesmen, and HVAC technicians. While I've never and will never meet an honest car salesman, and I do know four honest mechanics, this technician was the first truly honest HVAC technician I've met in my 57 years of this life.... and I've met more than you have. Pay this technician what he is worth. If he has kids, send them legos (not the cheap kits either) for their birthdays. If he is married, send his spouse flowers on their anniversary. Keep him and his family happy. If he needs some leave time, give it to him. If you expand your business, make him a leader so that he can do the ultimate good... because being the best there is just isn't good enough, the more responsible use of this technician is to use him to grow more of him. No, don't send him to Texas A&M for cloning, it doesn't work on humans, but clone him where he is. For the remainder of my life, and his career (whichever ends first) I will have no other technician look at, touch, or even be allowed to overhear conversations about my HVAC. The only bad thing about his visit is that now I hold every other HVAC technician to a standard that nobody else will meet.

Friendliest staff of a Home Depot I've ever met. They actually know where everything is and are actively looking to help.

Update: Google asked me to update my review. Was going to say the staff is super friendly. Apparently I already said that. Still true.

This Home Depot is excellent. They have a good staff that works hard to keep the store organized. I have the pleasure of shopping at home depot regularly all over northern Virginia and this is by far one of the best locations. They move quickly to help in the headache sections like wire cutting and pipe threading. The flooring staff is familiar with the products and the hardware section is top notch clean. I drive here even if it is a little further because it is a breeze.

Great store. Much cheaper than any Lowes. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Something u will never see in a Lowes ever again.

They have just about everything I need for home repair any time I need to fix things on short notice. The prices are pretty reasonable. This store also does a free monthly kids craft event every 1st Saturday in the morning which is really cool. Not sure if they do that in every Home Depot; but if they don't, they should. I've been really happy with my experiences here.

Five stars! Home.Depot or Lowe's? Doni have to pick one? I like them both. So I go to whichever is most convenient. I do really like that Home Depot saves your purchases to your credit card. That.makes returns Soooooo easy. I haven't returned anything to Lowe's in years so I do not know how simple or easy their returns are.

My husband went to Lowe’s last night and I’m not even going into the details of how terrible that experience was, anyway we should of known to go to Home Depot to begin with. We needed deck boards and let’s just say Joe was amazing, he brought down the pallet and let my husband go through them. Lesson learned is we thought we were going to save money by going to Lowe’s but just because Home Depot was a little higher we paid for the excellent service which was well worth it. My husband and I had just moved into our new house, and immediately had a water filter explode and flood the garage. Even though Home Depot didn't carry the system we needed, the gentleman we interacted with was kind enough to tell us not only where other places in the area were that might carry the parts we needed, but allowed us to use one of their computers to look up directions and phone numbers (we had no internet at the house yet and do not own smartphones). I was disappointed they didn't have the parts, but the customer service was superb!
Every time we have gone back, we've been able to get help from fairly knowledgeable employees and help finding where things are in the store.

Home Depot is my favorite hardware/home improvement store. I can usually find everything I'm looking for. The employees are nice and helpful. I've found that they normally have better pricing and product selections compared to their competitors.

Delivery Service was great. The installation was fast and everything went smoothly. And the driver was amazing to be able to get that big delivery truck out of this very curvy, narrow and dangerous driveway!! 😱 I was so worried they wouldn't be able to get out but was shocked at how easy they did! ☺ Thank you for the great friendly service! 👍🏼

Great staff at this location, super helpful!

They matched the prices with the free delivery service offered at Lowes on my brand new washer and dryer set. I went with them because they were cheaper on the dryer and would price match the washer and include the free delivery offered at the other place. The contracted delivery staff was very nice as well.

The older lady that gave me a hand on new years day was really sweet. Although I do not agree with self check out. Your putting people out of work and I received no discount for doing the job read people had. Definitely not fair to the ones that lost their jobs because of it.....

Warrenton Home Depot. I ran in at 4 pm New Years Eve. The first employee I saw was Dwayne who was clearly on his way somewhere but could not have been kinder or more helpful when I stopped him with a “quick” question. When we could not find my item — although the system said they had one in stock — he helped me search every aisle and ultimately find a similar product. Dwayne went above and beyond plus was a super nice human being. Great experience and thank you!

Excellent customer service from Bob in hardware. I bought a closet organizer from Home Depot and was told I could have the bars cut there if they were too long. When I came I asked people,for help and they said it couldn't be done and there was hacksaw and I could do it myself. Then the lady asked Bob if he knew anything about it which he did not. However he took it upon himself to take the bars and cut them for me after he searched for anyone else to help me. The 5 stars is,for Bob only as everyone else kept passing me along or we couldn't find anyone in any department at all.

Even though they didn't have what I needed the person who helped gave me so much info. She told me where to go online to order the part, directed me throughout the store to the other items I needed and alternatives so I could still successfully complete my project. I wish I knew her name so the Warrenton Home Depot knew what a great employee they have.
