From the moment we contacted Bruce, he and his team were responsive and efficient as they worked with us on the sale of our home. The pictures and video of our home were so amazing and professional that we almost changed our mind about selling! Bruce's knowledge of real estate in Flagler county is difficult to compete with since he's lived here all his life. That's an important benefit for any buyer or seller in this area. His comments helped us get our home in top shape. The open house was handled very well and his team always informed us of showings so that we had ample time to prepare our home for buyers. We couldn't be happier with how it was to work with Bruce and the outcome. We closed on our house this week (two months after listing) and Bruce was guiding us every step of the way. We really appreciated how responsive Bruce was when we had questions. And we didn't have to track him down for updates. He provided them!

Bruce provided advice on what we needed to do to get the price we wanted. In addition he helped track down resources to do the work on the house to get it ready to sell and helped orchestrate the work while we were out of town. Went above and beyond to make sure our house looked like it was worth what we wanted. The quality of the pictures/videos and marketing/posting of our property was top notch.

During the negotiation he gave us advice on how to respond but always followed up with he would do what was best for us and reminded us several times that he worked for us. We always felt like he had our backs in the process.

What an excellent realtor, the entire staff and process was the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. Kathy West was fantastic in the handling of my mom's condo sale. Even during Hurricane Dorian she never dropped the ball and made sure my mom's condo make it through ok. She had to handle many obstacles on both sides of the fence yet she pulled it all out without worrying my parents.
