Hampton Inn Douglas

Room was very, very clean, everything smelled great. The tub was great. The new shampoo conditioner and lotion that they have is awesome. Everything was amazing every time I stay my room is always Clean to A tee and the staff is super super friendly. The housekeepers are so wonderful and they are so nice and so accommodating is so helpful. They do not mind helping you no matter what I love the Hampton Inn. All the staff front desk housekeeping and managers are awesome

I can't say enough about this hotel it was a great experience. The staff( front desk and breakfast) were very nice and helpful. It was clean and fresh. Very quiet and I felt very safe. Breakfast was good. Very pet friendly. I would stay there again.

I can not recommend Hampton Inn enough! Honestly, my weekend started out as a disaster because I was left with no car and in a town I have never been to before. When I arrived, I was greeted so warmly and they did everything they could to make me feel welcomed and accommodated. All of the staff was absolutely amazing and truly made my stay better from start to finish!! Thank you!

Great location conveniently located steps away from a Walmart and local dining options. My room was a bit dusty around the edges but otherwise nice and modernized. A/C worked well and water pressure was good. Breakfast was a bit bland compared to other Hamptons I have stayed at.

Great first experience at this hotel. Service was amazing, prices was reasonable and the breakfast was awesome. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Douglas.

Breakfast choices were phenomenal, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy, the pool could use some maintenance, it was very dirty but it was still nice on these super hot days and the kids loved it. I loved the full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided. It's right beside restaurants and Walmart so location is good and my family and I will definitely be staying again when we come back to Douglas.

Friendly smiling faces greeted our arrival. Room was neat and clean. A little noise from the car dealership next door ( outdoor public address), but not terrible. This INN sits back off the road behind a Mexican restaurant, approach drive was a bit rough and pot holed. Breakfast was amply stocked and my selections were tasty.

Walmart and Huddle House right next door, plus other food options with high ratings. Front desk were amazing and helpful. Room was clean but not the best setup in terms of practicality. The bathroom door was heavy and sometimes took two hands to open. Bathroom door is a sliding door and doesn't latch. Shower had great pressure! Comfy bed.

We enjoyed our stay. Super clean and quiet. Staff was extremely personable and friendly. Complementary breakfast was great.

Rooms were exceptionally clean the staff was amazing especially the Housekeepers They were so friendly the hk manager was so sweet she didn't mind servicing our room even tho she was very busy she never hesitated all the staff was Great the whole experience phenomenal

The front desk staff members was pretty fast with my check-in process and welcoming. One of the ladies gave me complimentary snacks while getting the room iron cleaned due to it having sticky residue on it. Great overall service.

They staff was super friendly and our room was nice,clean, and cozy! I'll definitely be going back!

Very clean and spacious rooms plus a great breakfast.

The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Very clean room and common areas. Folks greet you and are pleasantly conversational. Stayed for 12 days and will stay again on my next visit to Douglas.

Loved my weekend stay everyone was so kind.
The hotel was so clean and the breakfast (6am-10am) was delicious. There was waffles, eggs, toast, coffee, fruit, danish and cereal.
I had an amazing Belgian Waffle that I was able to make myself.

I'd be happy to stay there again.

Somebody let me know how to give them more than 5 stars… they deserve it!!! The hotel is extremely clean, well put together, the rooms are updated and nice, and the hotel staff are some of the most amazing and courteous people I have ever met. I highly highly highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Katie and Grace (and everyone else who I can’t remember names of … I suck with names) for the amazing stay and exceptional service!!!!

Employees are polite and helpful. Room is clean. Hot Breakfast choices : egg omelette with cheese, sausage links and potatoes, hot oatmeal with sugar topping or walnuts, Waffles, love that pumpkin spice flavor.

Oh my goodness this place is so awesome! The staff were so cheery. The place is so clean and nicely designed! Super dog friendly and even have treats and balls for your fur babies!

We spent our Annual Holy Conference here this year. The experience was absolutely amazing. Ms.Grace, Ms. Ruth, Mr. Mike, Ms. Delwonda, Ms. Lynn and the entire housekeeping staff made us all feel as if we were at home. This is truly a hidden gem. The rooms were amazing, the beds are soft, breakfast was hot and delicious. Overall, this hotel is the absolute best. You are going to get beyond what you pay for. I will always stay here when I’m in Douglas.

Wonderful customer service, comfortable clean rooms and nice and quiet. Also the breakfast was very good. I have stayed at several Hamptons and the breakfast was always a plus but, this was one was above standard.
