We came in late when they were busy with a large order, and the owner politely and quickly served us. The coffee was fantastic and the cakes even better.

Wow! We just used this bakery for a special order birthday cake for my mom’s 90th birthday. We ordered a chocolate cake with fresh raspberries as a layer and a not too sweet icing. Osaka’s hit this out of the park!! Every single person at this party raved about how delicious this cake was! Easily the best cake I’ve ever bought. The cake had like 10 layers of super moist cake with a fine soft crumb. The chocolate flavor was good and not too intense, fresh raspberries complemented the cake and the icing was so light and not overly sweet, just as we had hoped. This is the only place I will order from now on

This is best place for cakes, pastries, pierogies and much more. I'm so happy I was able to find in US European style food. I love everything about this place, all homemade hight quality foods. But recently I bought their chicken with black truffle salami. Now it's my favorite!!! Today I came to buy a second one, because last one we finished in couple of days...me and my husband love it! Thank you guys for working hard and making best European food in this area.

Delicious cakes and salmon with bagels. This is a picture of the napoleon cake i took home with me after a verifying bite. Also went in one day for take out lunch and had a huge lunch of ukrainian meat and potatoes with borsch soup and it was excellent.

Fabulous find! Potato latkes as good as my Grandma's along with delicious pirogi and ravioli; homemade. Great cake to finish a fairly priced meal. A little gem in Flagler Beach.

We had the most amazing dessert cakes! We didnt know which flavor to try, so we bought 3 flavors. We were blown away at how good they are! Light and not overly sweet. Perfect!

I highly recommend Oksa Cakes! We tried three kinds of cake (Honey, Napoleon, Josephine) and all were amazing! Moreover, the breakfast was great. We had eggs, potato cakes, bacon, and tomatoes. Everything was made fresh upon order. All of this was topped off with wonderful customer service. They truly make you feel like an honored guest.

First found Oksa's Cakes on Flagler Beach my first trip to this (relatively) quiet part of the coast. This was pre-pandemic. We drove to Flagler from up closer to Jacksonville and just were exploring this part of a quiet beach. Then we made a couple of turns off of the coast road and there was this little place with an open sign and in the window it said "Oksa's Cakes." A quick parking job right in front and walked into heaven!

In this small space was a very open and bright area with the displays and counters right along the front of the store. In it were such a profusion of foods representing much of where Oksa and her husband were from, Eastern Europe. Everything we tried (both in the store at lunch and what we took back to our hotel) was incredibly delicious. The quality of the food is so good you realize its a blessing on the little beach town with a profusion of foods, but none like you'll find there.

There are a few small tables you can use to eat in house, but most of the people tend to order in advance or walk in, buy and take out. Either way, Oksa is happy to help with how to best serve it at home, or talk to you if there is a few minutes between customers. They are incredibly nice, much like many people I've met over time from Eastern Europe, particularly Poland, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria.

If you want a large family sized portion or just a small one for yourself, she'll cut it to the size you want. But the best thing is to try their pastries cakes, meats and specialties in one portion size until you find what you most like. I have a problem because I haven't yet (2 1/2 years after my first visit- and we go back every visit to this area...it's THAT good), that I don't think about and start salivating. Their take on a Napoleon is much different than Provence's, but just as mind-blowingly delicious!!

I hope you can Oksa and her husband and increase your gustatory experiences while reducing your cortisol. I love it here.

The name is misleading. We just had the best schnitzel with Ukranian cabbage salad and pierogies. Excellent. Dessert was chocolate mousse which was also delicious. Then we had to get frozen pierogies to take home.

The first word that comes to mind is AMAZING! The cakes and deserts are the absolute best I've ever had. You can tell she is very passionate about her art of baking. Don't forget the smoked meats! They are to die for! Soo much flavor and perfect for a savory snack! Everything here is made with care and obviously made by hand from scratch. Haven't made it here for breakfast or lunch yet but the menu makes my mouth water. They are both so nice and love telling you about their food! I just have to stop here whenever I'm in Flagler.

Oksa's Cakes is a great stop for breakfast, lunch, catering, and cakes/desserts. I'd recently been there once for breakfast and once for lunch. The food was so good and fresh than I asked them to cater a formal dinner for me for 12 people. They did a FANTASTIC job. My guests raved about the food - every single item was absolutely perfect! I was able to enjoy my friends and family while having an excellent dinner. I've now had almost everything on their lunch menu and there isn't a single thing I wouldn't want again. Truly outstanding.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying two cakes from Oksa Cakes! Absolutely delicious! The owners are wonderful and delightful. My now 5 year old daughter loved her grandmother’s birthday cake so much that she specifically requested a cake from Oksa Cakes! They made it so beautiful for her, I was beyond pleased! I can’t wait to go back and taste their other delicious treats. Thank you Oksa Cakes!!!
