Old Village Grille

I never write reviews, but these hard workers deserve the praise! Very impressed! We stopped in for breakfast and they were VERY busy! There was one waitress working and she did not miss a beat! She was fantastic! Our food was prepared and delivered quickly. The portions were big and delicious!! The teamwork in this restaurant is amazing. The guys came out of the kitchen to deliver food and clear tables when needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We discovered this place a couple of months ago when we stopped in for lunch. Our second trip was this morning for breakfast. This place is AMAZING!! You can tell the cooks have a lot of pride in what they do. The food is wicked good!! They have a lot of variety on the menu and they have specials that make it extremely hard to choose what you want because it all sounds and looks amazing. The waitresses are so incredibly nice and on top of their game.

If you’re looking for a great place for breakfast or lunch in the Sturbridge area and don’t consider going here……….. bless your heart!

I totally enjoyed this restaurant! The prices were good, the staff was amazing, and the food was incredible! The one thing to be warned of as of now is it only takes cash. Maybe that will change. I'm not sure. The lesson that I learned is "Never judge a book by its cover"! Great place to go to overall!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Came up for an archery shoot and was directed here by one of the locals. Super reasonable, huge portions, super friendly staff and the owner is a great guy that loves talking to the customers.

I wish I had visited this place, sooner: Fantastic value (lots of food), great taste and very reasonable prices. Wife had Lobster Benedict (pictured) and there was so much lobster I think she took half a lobster home after she was done eating. I had a bite and it was guuud! Son had a meat-lovers omelette and he loved it. I made my own meat/veggie omelette and it was great. Plenty of taste home fries included. We'll be back!

This is a great place. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. Good portions and reasonable prices. We will be back. They support the military and veterans. Please visit and support this restaurant. They deserve it.

This place is so cute! I visited the morning of my wedding and the staff was so friendly and excited for me. The food was amazing and they were super accommodating about my best friend's food allergy. Also, the portions are huge! You will not leave hungry. We will absolutely be making the drive back just to eat here again. So good!!

This is hands down the best breakfast I've had in ages! I ordered the Irish eggs Benny, and my son did a traditional breakfast plate. Both the food and the service were phenomenal and I highly recommend it to anyone! Portions were big and healthy, and the prices were great. I might drive out to Sturbridge again just to visit this spot. Lol

If you’re hungry (no , I mean hungry!!) this is the place. Fantastic service, even better food, and a lot of it.
Owner gave the kids in our group candy after,apparently how it’s done there!

This breakfast was absolutely amazing and the portion could feed a whole village of people 😂 the pancakes are so thick and the the hash browns and just everything was so good

HUNGRY?? More food than I was prepared for!! Want pancakes?? Get the Apple Pancakes and you won’t be disappointed. Presentation alone was beautiful. I had the Arizona Benny. Hollandaise sauce was very good. I couldn’t tell if it was a mix or not so that’s always a good sign. Not overly seasoned and creamy with good portions on the Benny.

I’ve never had Portuguese bread before and it was quite delicious. Being from Florida I enjoy sweet Cuban bread, which has a vague similarity it was a great addition instead of the classic English muffin. The food came quick and the location was clean. But best of all the food was delicious.

The menu has great options (Kit Kat pancakes!) for everyone and portions are pretty big. They're happy to give you take out boxes.

This is a great little restaurant! Stopped in for breakfast while visiting the area and was not disappointed.Our food arrived fast our server was fantastic the portions were Huge and the bill was under $30 for me and my lady.Left stuffed,we couldn't even finish our plates.Had to walk it off at old Sturbridge Village. We both agreed that was the best breakfast we had ever eaten. 2 thumbs up 👍👍

My niece took me to the Old Village Grille for brunch one Sunday while I was visiting. The food was simply amazing and the service excellent. I had so much trouble trying to decide what I wanted to eat but finally settled on a Boston Benny. A Boston Benny is corn beef hash, scrambled eggs, cheese and hollandaise sauce on a croissant, served with home fried potatoes. It was massive and I ended up taking more than half of it home. My niece had a vegetable scramble that also looked great. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Sturbridge area. Note: It’s cash only.

Phenomenal Breakfast. Outstanding waitresses. If you're in the area do not pass this place up. Even if the line is out the door totally worth the wait. Service is quick the restaurant is clean the portions are huge, hardworking staff. Excellent experience wish i could give it more stars.

The food is great and also priced very reasonably! Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place. The portions portions are generous.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had!! HUGE portions with great quality food all around, wonderfully friendly service, and a cozy small town atmosphere. Taking a small 3 hr road-trip and stopped halfway for breakfast, and would gladly drive out again for this place!

Six stars! Best service I have ever had outstanding menu, food quality and portions are huge! Don't bother going to churchills or apple barn. We had lunch and breakfast plates both were outstanding!

We try to go a couple times a month. The food is out of this world. The service is impeccable. Place is awesome.
