If you see bad reviews for this store please be aware that it seems to be a bitter girl or group of girls creating fake accounts because they have nothing better to do. I have only ever had good experiences at this store. The manager, Hannah, is kind, knowledgable, fashionable, and puts all of her time into the store because she genuinely cares about it and its customers; this shows in the clear effort put into the visuals of the store as well as the great service you receive. I have been coming here since the store opened and have not once had a bad experience. Hannah has personally gone and picked out the cutest clothes when I ask for help; she always has the best picks! She really has a natural eye for fashion. If you need cute clothes and want to come to Brandy Melville, ignore the ridiculous negative reviews. You are going to have a good experience here.

Fantastic clothes! The person checking me out tonight was fantastic worker and checked my clothes out immediately. The manager Ava was incredibly helpful. I assume this company has no problems nor allegations based off this store alone.

I received outstanding customer service at this location! (I went there because I had an issue with an online order.) The store manager, Hannah could not have been more professional, proactive and helpful to me. She resolved the problem for me and also assisted me with selecting clothing for Christmas gifts for my daughter. She knows her product and knows how to attend to a customer. The store is a nice size and I was really happy with the selection of clothing they have. Thank you Hannah!

Usually I don’t review stores but yet I do read reviews and will not go into stores that get bad reviews. After reading all the bad reviews I thought it was important to post a superb review for other shoppers. I was very hesitant to go into this store after reading the reviews. I thought it was weird that most of the bad reviews were posted the same day so figured it was alike the whole drama of kids bullying each unnecessarily. Knew my kids really wanted Brandy Melville clothes so thought I would at least walk in. Don’t want to make this too long but the service was fabulous, I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in, was able to look at the amazing visuals without being hounded and the staff gave me wonderful advice when I asked for help deciding what my two girls would like for gifts. I will definitely be back and recommend this store to my group of friends.
I know that I read reviews so hopefully others like me will take ALL of the reviews in context. The Brandy Melville store offers great customer service, has quality merchandise and despite the relentless yet similar negative reviews I highly recommend this store and most especially the staff.

I absolutely loved this Brandy Melville! I'm from California, visiting MA for the summer and decided to try out a brandy store around here. The clothes were just as cute as the ones in LA & I have to say that the visual manager, Hannah, was so so sweet and really made me love the store that much more!

I was scared to go into Brandy Melville for two reasons, I heard that that the staff was really rude, and i'm definetely not a small (size 14-16). Please dont listen to the reviews! The staff was some of the sweetest and helpful people ive met! and I found a bunch of clothes that fit me just fine! highly reccomend!

The workers here are the nicest girls I’ve ever met in my life. The brandy in newbury is TERRIBLE but this one is beyond different it’s crazy!!!! I love this store!

I’ve literally never been there but there are so many good reviews that I’m guessing it has great quality and I very nice selection of clothes, but I just wish they had kids items like maybe they could add a little selection in the back for kid's? Wonderful employees, great displays and my daughter and her friend found a bunch of cute outfits for now and the fall. Average clothing prices too.
