Store manager was great ! He was knowledgeable and professional and I got a watch and mount for more car. Something I have been needing... I was in and out much faster than in the past !

They were amazing and so kind. Every time we went into the store they always greeted us and checked on us if there was a wait. The manager Trish was very helpful and amazing! Even offered to share her lunch with us because it was lunch time when we went in.

The store manager, Trish, was amazing! She was incredibly professional and personable and helped me get everything I needed for an upgrade on my phone and watch at fair prices. 10/10 will be asking for her anytime I need assistance in the future.

I have been to this location a handful of times now, and have always had a pleasant experience. Destany L. is the only employee that I personally have interacted with, but she is always kind, courteous, and professional. Even when the store was unable to help me, due to an online order issue, she was still polite and gave me the resources to get the help I needed. This is the only authorized retailer for Verizon that I will go to. Others in the surrounding areas have given me the complete opposite experience on a consistent basis, so I would recommend this location if you’re not going to an actual Verizon.

Excellent service and assistance at the Bedford store!

While the computer system was messed up and my visit took almost 3 hours, Trish relentlessly worked on getting my problems resolved. Never had a better experience with a Verizon employee. She gets the 5 stars for her knowledge, customer service, and friendliness.

The Bedford store, John, Mark and Josh know their business. Mark is our new go- to tech guy for all our phone, tablet needs. If he can't figure it out, you really have a problem. He is great. Everybody is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are their to help, not just make a buck. We appreciate them.

Trish was amazing!!! Our kids were being loud and crazy and she was super understandable and patient! She was up front and honest about absolutely everything which I appreciate so much!!! She deserves a raise!! Thank you Trish!!!!!!

Thank you for all your help and patience with setting up my new I phone and for helping me pick out accessories and a speaker for my music. The staff in Bedford store - Vincent, the manager, as well as Zachary, the sales rep., are very pleasant and courteous. They are knowledgeable, patient, and explain everything in great details. Melvin is an excellent salesman! I had an issue that was out of my control and he went the extra mile in making the necessary calls in order to get the issue fixed! He never gave up even though the issue would take several days and contacting corporate on numerous occasions to finally resolve the internal issue that had nothing to do with me or the store, but within Verizon the company. I trust these guys!
