I've been working with Julie at Sensible Water since 2015 on a VERRRRY challenging well water situation. Julie has always been incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and very fair given all of our challenges. I would recommend her to give anyone better-than-bottled water quality. We have well water. And the filter we bought the home with left iron in all the sinks toilets etc. so we called Sensible Water Solutions, LLC back in 2018. We have been thrilled so far with the cleanest clearest best tasting water ever.

That said. Last week I called Julie L. Guimond because I said “I don’t know what’s up but the system seems not to be working right”. About 20 minutes later she was pulling down my driveway. They fixed the issue, checked the levels and had me back running. That response time has been there since day one. Couldn’t recommend a company higher.

We have never ever drank water from our sinks until a few years ago when we had a whole house filtration system put in and we added the reverse osmosis to our kitchen sink. Now when we travel we hate taking showers elsewhere due to the hard water. Our youngest son always ask for bottle water at other people's home, they say you can get it from the refrigerator door, he ask them is it good water or bad? We have good water at our house and I don't want to drink bad water. I have such dry skin and this has helped so much. When our older kids come to visit they say how much they love it and washing their hair makes it so soft and that their skin feels amazing. I would for sure recommend and if I buy another home I will invest in this again. They treat you the way customers should be treated.

They were on time for my quarterly inspection. There were no problems identified. My system is approaching 5 years and still working fine. Excellent employees.

A must have system. The water has a silky smooth feeling. When you shower you use a small amount of soap and it makes your skin and hair feel so good.

Washing clothes is a fun experience because they come out soft and fluffy.

If every company treated their customers like SWS does, then you would not need BBB or Angies list. Travis was awesome!
