Comfort Suites Downtown

Not a luxury-resort, however, a good, clean, reasonably-well-maintained hotel. The bathrooms are spacious and, rather, upscale, the bed was comfortable and everything seemed well-cleaned. The complimentary-breakfast was, fairly, "standard" for such a venue, however, offered a wide-enough variety that, nearly, everyone is able to dine. Some fruit-options would be welcome, though. The location is not distant from Orlando International, however, there exists a dearth regarding nearby dining-opportunities... a Panera across the street and the White Wolf Cafe (which is excellent,) approximately, an eight-minute walk distant.

I personally thought the bed was one of the best parts. I like a firm mattress. I didn't grow up in Whoville and aren't accustomed to sleeping on a marshmallow. Mine had some kind of light topper/padding but I like the med-firmness below it. The pillows were plentiful and soft too. I had a nice king bed with a large headboard that was finger-print and dust-free (I always check for smudges on the headboard). The cleanliness was actually top notch for a hotel. The points that are normally overlooked (like lampshades and picture frame borders) were not. I didn't have to use my portable air purifier at all. My bathroom had soft clean towels and decent toiletries (lotion, shampoo etc). The shower was hot and the tub was clean. There was even a stopper so I could take a nice soak. This was great comfort seeing how the pool and Jacuzzi weren't available the few days I was there.

Staff was a pleasure to interact with and the breakfast offerings were pretty awesome. Nothing gourmet but a great variety of hot and cold selections. I liked that the lady was on top of wiping things down and replenishing the offerings. I wished there was whole milk for the cereal though--2% and skim is quite redundant tbh. I also could've used a few extra coffee cups in my room but I learned my last day that downstairs the dining area is open for access to coffee/tea so...I could've wandered down to restock. What I found most beneficial is the shuttle to the hospital across the street. It arrived quickly and saved me the trouble of navigating the parking situation for my appointment. Overall it was a great stay and you get your money's worth! Minus the $2 btls of generic water for sale at front desk. Inflation am I right?

Rooms were clean and spacious. The bathtub could use some updating. Breakfast was free albeit not that delicious. Service was fine and friendly.

Staff was so kind!! We came in the evening before a medical procedure and they were so wonderful! Room had a pretty big mini fridge and everything we needed! So close to the hospital!

I'm not sure how a review (and a two-star one at that) got posted. This hotel is a strong option among Choice properties in and around Orlando, especially if you're focused on doing business in downtown Orlando or at the Advent medical complex that is literally across the street. There's ample free parking, the location is convenient off of I-4, and the rooms, especially the suites, are spacious. I've stayed here several times, not just during the week between Christmas and New Year's 2023, and I've always enjoyed my stays. If anyone was swayed by my two star reviews, please understand that review was in error, and this review more closely reflects my opinion of this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because of its distance to AdventHealth Orlando. My mother was having surgery for Pancreatic Cancer, and we do not live in Orlando and wanted to be close to the hospital, just in case. This was not a pleasure trip, but the staff absolutely made it pleasurable. Bebe, Ray, Donna, and Carmen, the front desk staff that I saw and talked to just about every day we were there are the sweetest and most caring people! Every time we came back from the hospital they asked how Mom was doing. Just that little touch in their customer service made all the difference. Any time I needed them to call the Advent Shuttle for me to get to the hospital, they always did so with a smile, no matter how busy they were. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You are an amazing team!! I did not have a lot of interaction with the other staff, but when I did it was just as friendly and they never made me feel like a burden if I needed anything. Same goes for my dad who uses an electric scooter full time. Anything we needed we were never made to feel like a burden, which was such a blessing with everything we were going through while there. So again, thank you to this amazing staff for making a not so fun trip into one that felt like home.

While on vacation, my daughter ended up in the hospital, and this hotel is walking distance from the hospital. There are food options within walking distance also. They also offered discounts because I had someone in the hospital. The breakfast was good. They had a big selection of food. The hotel is a little dated, but I slept great.

The Hotel has nice rooms and a good breakfast. Good quality for the money. The only thing I had a problem with was someone from housekeeping. I didn't want the room made up but asked for fresh towels and was given an attitude for interrupting her cellphone texting.

The location is perfect for our needs. Just down the road from Calvary, Orlando. Housekeeping has been incredible. The front desk staff is friendly and the kitchen staff has been great.

I’m giving this 3 star hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. This is my first stay in this hotel brand and honestly I wasn’t expecting a lot. Nevertheless, the room was spacious, impeccable, and noise proof. The bathroom and toiletries were perfect too. I did not eat the breakfast or took a look at it since I had other plans. I will be staying at this hotel in the future because of its proximity to my activities and the price was right!

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable stay. Really good complementary breakfast. Great price. Stayed 2 nights and will return when staying in the area. Only thing is hotel could use a little updating.

I use Comfort Suites Downtown when I have something with family going on. It's a nice place to stay, and it's somewhat a fair price for a room.

This Hotel is across the street from advent health. My wife had an appointment there so the location is excellent. The hotel seemed a little dated but the rooms were modern and extremely clean. But the staff is what exceeded my expectations, BeBe the front desk clerk was a life saver and in my opinion the best asset this hotel has. I initially booked through a 3rd party app and they never confirmed my appointment so I contacted the front desk and spoke with BeBe and she was able to take care of my reservation and made my stressed out situation a pleasure. Thank you again Be Be.

we used this hotel as a “bridal suite” last weekend. the whole 9 yards! we did hair and make up for 7 girls. Carmen helped us with a later check out so we would be able to get everything done before the wedding! both workers were very nice and accommodating. we had our bouquets delivered to the hotel before we got there and josh was so helpful to hold them for us before we arrived.

Very Nice, very clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is fantastic, the eggs and sausage are pretty good, you can get pancakes and make waffles!! They also have Bagels, cereals and OJ! Coffee!!
All in all, pretty decent!

Was a little hesitant to book but so glad I did. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great location, and price was great. Breakfast was also great. No issues with my stay at all. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't get to spend much time here. Stopped in late just to crash and catch an early flight. Host was great and very accommodating though. He was able to find us a king size bed even though only rooms with two doubles showed online. Bed was comfy, pillows were soft and fluffy but weirdly small... place is clean and we would come again.

Good quality hotel for the price and location near a hospital and doctor offices.

The hotel meets all of my expectations. Therefore, I am satisfied.
