Good prices. Friendly staff. Good location. Good service. First time shopping here. Purchased an individual folding shopping cart with wheels. They assembled it for me.

This is an old school hardware store, like your grandpa probably shopped at. Personal service and they know their stuff. If you need bulk orders of pressure treated wood to build a deck, this isn’t your place. But if you’ve got a plumbing fitting you can’t quite figure out or need keys made, these folks know way more than the forklift drivers at the big box hardware stores.

That particular location has been my favorite for some time now. I’m always offered assistance in all departments and the staff goes above and beyond to assist. If you ever in need of uncommon item for home improvements particularly, I would highly recommend this location. I’m not only offered a product, but also a practical solution to whatever the issue might be. The larger competitors do offer all sorts of products; however, one might wonder the store for hours looking for that one particular screw for example. I’m impressed on how knowledgeable the staff is every time and should one need to return or replace an item, it’s a no hustle experience. Thank you so very much for helping my entire family numerous times.

I needed a difficult to find appliance light bulb and they went above and beyond helping me find it. Highly recommend this hardware store.

I called the morning I went looking for a 30 amp adapter for my RV and Mark assisted me. When I arrived he had the part waiting for me at the front register!!! Awesome!!!

This Ace Hardware has a little bit of EVERYTHING. No need to go to Walmart or Target. A few pennies more but so worth it. Friendly staff will help you find anything.

Friendly staff, willing to help large selection of items. Much lager then it seems. I highly recommend coming here. Got everything I needed for hurricane supplies. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Also got my BBQ grill there with the help of staff was able to pick out my perfect grill and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Ace.

If you want really good service and competitive prices, go to Ace hardware. I often will spend hours at Home Depot or Lowe's only to end up going to Ace in the end because I can't find anyone to help me find what I actually need. While those bigger stores seem to have a pretty big selection, they never seem to have what I want or what I need.

Ace is definitely the place that's known for their customer service, so if you want to save yourself some time and probably pay about the same as in those other stores, then go to Ace hardware for sure. Even if you play a little bit more, it's definitely worth it. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
