Bar Louie - One Loudoun

My partner and I had our Wedding Celebration here and George and the staff were very flexible in taking care of us. We had more guests than anticipated show up and we ended up taking over the entire back half of the bar. My partner, myself and all our guests had a great time, so much so, we stayed from 7pm until closing at 2am. Huge thank you to George and the staff who took care of us that night! Would totally recommend Bar Louie for any event!

I would give 5 stars to this Bar Louie, just for eating the best Gastroburger in every Bar Louie I have been and getting really quick service, however fries without special iron cup, so they are getting cold faster. No napkins served, I had to take them myself from the bar. Tap water was good.
I did not got exhaustive answer on my question about beers and happy hours.
Still better then the Herndon location. There is a total mess, in my opinion.

I have the feeling that in every Bar Louie the waiters are lacking the knowledge of the basics of the customer service and they have zero enthusiasm.
I think this matter should be considered by higher lever authorities in the Bar Louie world.

Since I know that the waiters work for very small basic salary, I keep giving them,as always, tips above the average, but slowly I tend to think, that all these guys take these tips from customers for granted.

Maybe it is our, customers fault, that we do not educate these unenthusiastic waiters, by tipping them lower or not tipping at all and requesting general manager?
Or maybe we customers are too cowardly, assuming that these waiters can do something bad to our ordered food and drinks?

At the end of the day, I think, as a customer, I do not have to waist my time and nerves to deal with any negativity in any place, writing so much, etc.

That is why Bar louie hires managers, that have to professionally manage the place in every possible way, including waiters, bartenders etc. and not just answering here on revues pretending that they care.
Perception of job well done can not become a reality, if it is not really well done, especially in private sector of gastronomy.

Love this place been coming here every chance I get over the past 2 years. Have tried their brunch, lunch, happy hour menus and they have never disappointed. Been served by different people everytime I come but the service is always top notch. From the moment you walk in the door you welcomed by a welcoming friendly smile. Their bartender is top notch, man that guy can make drinks!!!!! Their new drinks menu is off the charts, check it out!!!!Literally one of my go to places, love it here!!!❤❤❤

My first time eating here...everything was awesome! Regional manager was here that day so I'm sure that helped! So much more relaxed than I thought which is good...I'll definitely be back the burger, drinks, appetizers was on point! 3 margaritas 😎🔥🔥🔥

Had Christmas lunch here in 2023 with the family. Our server was amazing and friendly. I ordered a Cali Chicken club with fries. It was a delicious sandwich. The football game was on and everybody's eyes were glued to the TV in Bar Louie. It's a fun environment to go to for happy hour after work.

the service here is great the servers are always able to get our requests in time. the drinks are a bit pricey but they are worth it. they're really tasty and they really hit the spot. can chill here with friends or meet new people its a great environment

I needed a place for a late business meeting. Asked for a quiet area and drinks. Steve and Dan, our servers were on point. The newest bartender/manager was a talented mixologist. Not a quite atmosphere which is not a detractor. Great customer service! Did not have a chance to try the food. Highly recommended for a place to just unwind and cut loose.

Hot honey chicken was amazing! 🔥 and the appetizer pretzel bites, moose is awesome, great bartender and awesome service as well! We always coming back here

Bar Louis is a gem! The ambiance is incredibly cozy, perfect for gathering with friends. We had a blast, and the service, led by the friendly server Steve or Stephan, was top-notch. Can't wait to make Bar Louis our go-to spot for more good times!

Been coming here since opening day. Came back for Christmas and Joe was such an amazing bartender. She made me feel right back at home! 10/10!!!

I drive 45 min to go to the Trader Joe’s in this area, I ALWAYS stop in Bar Louie for lunch and a drink! It’s usually not busy during the week at lunch time so the service is always great and the food is amazing. I usually get the lemon Caesar salad with Salmon & it’s to die for. I have also tried the Gastroburger and it’s also delicious! It seems like they have a decent night life crowd as well so I hope to try it out in the evening some time. Oh and all their craft cocktails I’ve tried have been super yummy! My favorites are the Kiwi & T, the Star & the Old Fashioned.

The atmosphere was really nice I was able to watch any football and when hockey was required they jumped right on it. Both bartenders Natalie and Malachai where very friendly and helpful. They work together to give you the best service they can. Malachai works hard and makes you feel welcome. Natalie stays on top of what’s going on the two of them as a team keeps the bar rolling.

The food was good and the service was absolutely fantastic. We were here for happy hour with a large grouo. Ordered many drinks and appetizers. All came quickly. The bar is loud but that's what you expect from this kind of place. Patio seating is nice. Restrooms clean and the restaurant seems mostly new.

Stopped in the other night at the bar. Kayla, Alexis and Kevin were working. I always have a great time when they are behind the bar. They are always attentive and provide excellent service. Coming by myself I catch myself people watching and they are constantly on the move. Bar Louie is THE bar to go to in One Loudoun. Service, food, and atmosphere are top notch! Cheers!

Today, 5 star! The waitress was nice, courteous and prompt. My wife and I shared our meal, the waitress was nice enough to have bartender & cook prepare/serve in separate glass and plate. Thanks Laura!

Bishop was beyond amazing. Very attentive and courteous. He made it worth visiting this Bar Louie!

Delicious! No bar prices on the menu - my drink was $11. I had the fish & chips and the Basil whiskey cocktail and they were both wonderful. I could drink those all afternoon......

First time today and was a great experience. Michael our server was above and beyond! Liked the food and spetially the last 6 long island ice tea. The DJ and mysic was good but for young ones. Absolutely recommend!

Me and my boyfriend came here randomly, because we had just left autobahn and it was late so food options were limited. I’m so glad we came, it was like a night club. There was a dance floor, a DJ, and the bartender servicing us was super lit!! I had a really good time that I didn’t even expect to have. Lol!!! Thought I was just getting food and a couple drinks, but it turned into shots, MORE drinks and we stayed until the lights came on and the DJ stopped playing. We live so far, but I definitely plan on coming back.

The server name Steven did phenomenal job. The way he explained about food and drinks kinda amazing. Thanks for him making us feel special there! I ordered buffalo boneless chicken and not taste at all.
