The manager Mark is a very kind person. He makes everything easy to understand and he has the store very well put together. Always a delight to visit. He has his staff trained very well. I recommend Bedford T-Mobile. Ask for Mark, he will get you right.

I was at the Sprint store in Bedford next to Walmart and the girl Cheyenne helped everyone with patience and complete focus on each customer. Sprint needs to know they have a valued employee with this girl, Cheyenne. When it came my turn she knocked out each problem until all my issues were fixed.

Promised the same unlimited plan and nope!!!! Will my wife get back the near 100 hrs spent with the techs and service folks - Nope !! Will I get back the $100s of dollars lost because my internet just blanks - nope
