This is our second purchase of a strong spa through Costco and we have been so impressed with the customer service. They have been easy to get ahold of and always super helpful. We worked with Evan this time and they went over and above to help us and make sure we had everything ready to go.

I have a very important question. I have just purchased your top of the line spa with every accessory available. Robin the store manager who is wonderful by the way, is our sales person. But I can't believe how many 1 star negative reviews your product has which is getting me nervous as a new buyer. 😬
The one thing I have noticed is that the company has responded to EVERY REVIEW WEATHER POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE. Which gives me a small level of comfort. What does concern me is that it is an unknown if the company infact corrects all the issues it seems to show concern about .
Will the people that had negative experiences with there spas and customer service PLEASE DO FOLLOW UP REVIEWS SO PEOPLE KNOW IF THE COMPANY'S RESPONSES ARE SINCERE AND THE COMPANY IN FACT RESOLVES THE ISSUES. PLEASE HELP THIS CONCERNED BUYER. THANK YOU. THIS IS THE PURCHASE OF A LIFETIME FOR MY WIFE AND ME AND THIS INFO CAN MAKE US OR BREAK US . I gave 5 stars because Robin our sales rep and store manager is very patient, helpful and kind, but in truth the reviews have us nervous 😓 this is the most expensive item we have ever purchased for ourselves in our retirement. We need it for health reasons and we obviously need it to work and last.

Outstanding customer service. My spa stopped working most likely due to a lightning strike. I called Strong and got the tech line. Spoke with Andrew who walked me through some tests to determine the likely cause. Determined that is was the spa pack and immediately started making arrangements to get me a new one ASAP as we had a party planned for Saturday and this happened on Thursday. Gave me overnight shipping quotes and went above and beyond to get me back in operation. My spa is 3 or 4 years old and this was the first issue we had and it was Mother natures fault. Thanks

So happy we purchased a Strong spa. An issue arose with our new hot tub. We contacted Strong spas and they immediately created a work order ticket and then consistently followed up with us until the situation was resolved. Highly professional and responsive unlike so many other hot tub companies that we have had to deal with in the past.
Being the owner of several hot tubs over the years I have come to recognize that what truly differentiates one company from another is after service and how well a company stands behind their product.
Strong is one such company. Special thanks to Tammy (Tamara) who went the extra mile to take care of us.

This is an update to a review that I previously posted. Strong Spas provides outstanding customer service and also stands behind their products. When I had an issue with my tub it was resolved quickly and Strong Spas went above and beyond what I expected. Among the great features of my Madrid Spa are the base and exterior, they are by far the most durable and accessible of any Spa Brand I have ever seen. The jets are very strong and provide great massage pressure, and the foot massager is absolutely exceptional. The seating is also roomy and very comfortable. Definitely a luxurious Spa!!

We had a great response from Laurie concerning a problem with my Strong Spa. She was attentive to my request for assistance and made sure the repair contractor was sent in a timely manner.

We are enjoying our hot tub for both medical reasons and entertainment.

We bought a spa at the Bloomsburg fair. It was delivered about a month later, and we are so pleased! We've been going in it every day. The first day it was delivered, I had questions. An employee helped me online and even sent me a video showing me how to open the filter compartment (it was hard to open at first). We've had no issues with it. Thanks for a great product!!!

Our spa is from 2011 and still going strong. I've replaced the pillows and now an intake part, and that's it. It still looks as good as new and works flawlessly. They have a great product!

I know their orders have tripled since March 2020 and they are doing their best to keep up. It's not exactly like it's easy to hire and expand your workforce during a pandemic, especially threefold. That being said, please be patient with them.

Anyway, here is the reason for my review: I needed to buy a part, so I called the store in PA and submitted an inquiry online. The gentlemen at the PA store was very nice and courteous, although there wasn't anything he could do for me because I needed a part, not a tub. Shortly after my call to the store, I received a call back. Tim U., a Tech Support Agent called me and even sent me a link to the exact part I needed. On the phone Tim was patient, and took the time to listen to me in an effort to understand exactly what I needed. Great experience. Thank you, Tim!

I typically do not post reviews, but I wanted everyone to know why I gave 5 stars about the wonderful customer service I received at Strong Spas. Andrew Love helped me troubleshoot a problem I was having with my spa. I have no experience working on anything that involves removing panels and looking at electrical circuits but Andrew was so patient with me, and I was able to follow his clear directions and resolve my problem. I strongly recommend calling Strong Spas technical department if you have any problem at all and ask for Andrew Love.

I bought my spa through Costco, and after 1.5 years the main pump that provides the heat failed. Rather than address the issue with Costco, I called the number in the manual and was REALLY surprised I got through to a technician to initially help me diagnose the error code. I was then transferred to the support team to get a repair under way.....and I feared the worst. Tamara Dangelo at StrongSpas has been fantastic!! She coordinated a local spa shop to come way out to my remote mountain home (I worked with that place on scheduling). Everything went as planned and I was back to my morning hot tubs!! I was really impressed when I got a follow up email from Tamara asking if everything was fixed and ok - that's 1st class service!!

I called Strong Spas customer service this morning and Andrew was unbelievably helpful. How many individuals would get out of their chair-walk to the factory-take the time to measure the width of the steps when out from the hot tub-then come back to the phone and personally give you the dimensions! Also, he emailed everything to me as well. The world needs more Andrew’s working for them! Kudos to you Andrew seriously not many workers in today’s world would do what you did for me today! I sure hope they pay you well because you are a major asset to the company. God bless

I called Strong Spas to day to order a cover for my hot tub.
I was pleasantly surprised to be assisted by Colleen Nelson. Colleen was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, she was able intelligently answer my questions in a timely and professional way. The whole process was about 5 minutes, from answering the phone to placing my order. In todays environment that is amazing.

Excellent customer service! Our first time at the showroom location, we were greeted by Brian Nevel, sales associate. He made us feel right at home! We were looking for a new hot tub. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. From the colors to nuts and bolts! Very professional and fun, he gave us the best experience without being pushy for a sale. If your considering buying a hot tube, look no further! You have to check out the great hot tubs that surpass all others! Make sure you ask for Brian! We ordered our new hot tube which is fantastic and a sauna to boot!!!

I LOVE my Strong Spa! I got it right before this winter. I always wanted a hot tub but the tops and maintenance always scared me away...until I found these guys! These one of a kind hard tops are awesome. I love that i can open my tub without the help of another person. Makes it easy when i'm home alone! The built in ozonator is great and makes maintenance a little bit easier. In addition, I had some questions about balancing chemicals and Brian was so knowledgeable. Thank you for an awesome experience so far!
