They are so helpful and even though was not completely clear what I needed but they got me straight. Called 84 lumber with a 1600 dollars lumber order delivered and they wanted 130 dollars to delivers 4 miles down the road called OBS and they deliver for free. They have won my business from now on. I can not thank them enough for the help.

5-stars because it's really the only full-service hardware and materials type of store in the local area. The staff is friendly and helpful... most of all, they seem to be patient with customers every time I'm in there. The prices seem fair and are definitely competitive, even with items that are also found in Walmart. They do a ton of business, which allows them to stay affordable for local folks, yet still make a profit. The employees there today are all familiar faces from previous years, from the youngest to the eldest, which says they're happy and being treated fairly; that makes for an even better customer experience due to happy workers. The store is clean and everything is labeled. They are also a UPS Drop-off Site, where you never have to ask for a package receipt, even on Free Returns, such as Amazon. I feel like they would still perform at a 5-star level, even with local competition of a similar nature, or if they were located in a larger market, like Salisbury, where manners and service are often forgotten because every customer is most likely NOT someone they know. They've always been honest, fair and extremely helpful every time I've visited, no matter how small my need or final purchase.

The lady at the register that helped me find cabinet screws was amazing. I had glue in the knob and she spent time helping clean it. Customer service at its best!!!!!
