Atlantis Waterpark at Bull Run

Really great time. Just perfect for a weekend outing for my kids ages 7-13. There’s enough here to keep them occupied for hours. The food was not bad either, for pool food. We arrived early to get chairs, but there were seats open around the pool throughout the day. Finally, the staff was exceptional. Polite, professional, and safety-focused. You really can’t ask for much more at a community pool/park!

Awesome place for kids and families to play in the water! Friendly staff, good gates around splash areas, fun photo ops, lots of pool space, seating and big slides for the older kids. The food was good and I was happy to get a funnel cake! Go on Military Monday for a great discount 😉

Hidden little gem of summer fun. Tucked way back into Bull Run National Park you can stumble onto this very affordable little water park. While a bit small, it is packed with tons of water activities for kids to enjoy. They have a couple big slides, a huge pool with small slides, an infant area with a beach, and and water filled playground with the bucket that tips over a huge load of water. Fun for hours. Food onsite. Bathroom acceptable considering the amount of people when we were there.

Nice Waterpark, better for younger kids then older but it's a nice place nonetheless.
Customer Service is pretty nice considering it's a Summer Job for mostly teens.
Sucks about the no outside food rule but at least they let you leave and come back.
The Lifeguard Drills are a bit overdone but I guess that's good for safety.
Good to Note the pricing is based on height and not age. If your tall enough to ride the big slides (48 inches) then your tall enough to pay the adult fee.
To enter the actual park it's located in their is a fee but only if you don't live in Virginia.
Bit hard to find, but that's less the places fault and more Google maps.

Clean and well kept in every area. Staff was so safety conscious. Watch the lifeguards. They are well trained to constantly check all areas.
Please also watch your children while there. It only takes a moment for someone to go under.
Affordable and worth the drive from Woodbridge.

FUN!! It's a great Waterpark at Bull Run regional campground for all ages to enjoy. Very clean. It is affordable option for a day of fun with the the entire family.

My family had a total blast here. It wasn't super crowded which was surprising. It has 2 big water slides, several smaller slides and big pool to keep older kids entertained. For the littler kids there's a good sized splash pad/ water dump area, several smaller slides, a kiddie pool and a sandpit. Life guards were very active in their monitoring safety. No outside food allowed but food wasn't exorbitant like an amusement park. We're so lucky to live in a county with 5 different water parks. I can't wait to go back.

We always have a good time at Atlantis. We camp next door every year and the short walk to the water park is well worth it. Things to do for all ages of the kids and our girls have a blast. Excellent staff, life guards are on point and the facilities are always clean!

Love this place! A family favorite! Perfect near by place to have loads of fun at the water park and kids just loved it! Definitely recommend. Just keep in mind this is in Bull Run Park so there was an 8$ fee for entering the park for Fauquier residents. I believe Price William county residents were free to enter.

Decided to visit this water park on a whim with my boyfriend. It's extremely affordable for a single ticket. Just keep in mind that you have to pay the entrance fee at the entrance of the park, but for less than $30 for two adults, it's a steal. There is plenty of pool space and places to sit. The water doesn't go deeper than 5 ft, but that's plenty to still swim around. The lines for the water slides are not long at all, at least on a weekday. The red water slide is really fun and spacious for adults. I personally found the yellow slide really claustrophobic because it's enclosed and smaller, but that's just personal preference. I agree with other reviews that the lifeguards are fantastic. They're like a well-oiled machine and they continuously monitor for safety and switch stations seemlessly. Will definitely have to come back because it was a lot of fun.

We love this water park. We went 2-3 times a week this summer wih the season pass. I really respect the life guards here because they work so hard all the time. Their eyes never, even for a second, wander off somewhere else. They are always working by the protocol even if it sometimes turns out to be a false alarm. They saved so many lives this summer!!

Clean grounds and responsive team members. Will definitely be coming again with my kiddos. One of my favorite out of all the water parks under Nova heading due to the incredible wading pool. The fountains in there made my 2 year old extremely happy.

Very clean and affordable. Other parents were attentive to their children. Plenty of lifeguards observing and ensuring safety of all. My daughter loved the splash pad and kiddie slides. Would definitely come back!

Took my grandkids yesterday to this Waterpark. It was our first time and it was great. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Lots of different areas for all ages. We plan on spending a lot more time there this summer.

We had a wonderful experience here today. Very clean, well-managed, and the lifeguards (9 of them at all times) were very professional. The lifeguards have clearly been well-trained, and we felt safe for all the children there. The water was clean, and when one of the bucket attractions broke, someone was out within about 15 minutes to start working on it. The prices are very reasonable.

Great water park and price. Lifeguards are well trained. When you get to the park you pay, and enter thr pool through two seperate shower rooms. My only complaint is that there is no clock displayed to keep track of time.
