We ordered 2 sandwiches, the service was fast and the employees were friendly. The green house sitting area was beautiful and a nice place to eat. They had a good selection of drinks and fresh fruit as well as the deli options.

What a great little local store/deli. The deli sells Boars Head cold cuts and other home made salads. This place specializes in crafting their own Balsamic Vinegars. There's also a little garden center attached to the store. Just outside of the garden center is a picnic area for you to sit and enjoy.

Love,love, love this place. I’ve lived in Westminster for a long time and I’ve never stopped at the Mill No.3 until recently. I’m happy to say that I’ve made up for my missed visits and have gone there many times in the past 6 months and will continue to. There deli sandwiches are incredible, the choices in food selection is great, and the outdoor plants are spectacular!!! I recently picked up a Jacobs Ladder that I absolutely love. Would highly recommend you stop in, even if it’s just to look! Great people!

Very nice people. They have really delicious pasta salads and sandwiches. Haven’t tried their soups yet.

Great local Fitchburg sub shop and general store. Huge selection of olive oils and balsamic dressings that can be sampled before buying.

I LOVE this place! I have come often to browse the local vendor items inside and the greenhouse however I had not tried the sandwiches from the deli until today. I ordered the classic Mill no. 3 sandwich on a tomato wrap and my boyfriend got the Waites Corner sandwich. We were both so impressed! We ate in the greenhouse and it was so peaceful and beautiful. We are definitely looking forward to coming and eating here again. Support local!!

I love their macaroni salad, so I stopped in to get it & bought a couple of other little things. The woman behind the register, possibly an owner, was quite helpful in recommending a place to go for some other things I am shopping for that they don't carry as well.

Great store for unique gifts, a sandwich or any seasonal decorations. I always get service with a smile

Very cool local shop. I had a great sandwich, bought cat treats, dog treats, syrup, and some Serrano Homey Vinegar.

The potato and Greek salad were tasty and the chicken penini was amazingly delicious will be adding this place to the come back list

This is a lovely and enchanting little store. You can eat lunch in a greenhouse with beautiful flowers overhead. Great sandwiches and salads for lunch. Tons of fresh fruit and vegetables. A wide selection of flowers. Homemade soap, jam, chocolates, vinegar. An infinite selection of tiny garden and home decorations.

This place is the perfect combination of eclectic boutique home and garden shop and old-timey country store smashed into one. The real draw, however, is eating their deluxe deli sandwiches by the small waterfall on their property. The other main attraction of me was their wide selection of different infused olive oils and vinegars.

Great place all around! Has everything from basic grocery needs, gifts for any occasion, all the way up to amazing sandwiches and coffee! They even have a nice place to sit outside to enjoy your lunch and watch the river.

Fantastic little deli/greenhouse close to where I work. They use Boar Head meats/cheeses and have a great selection of drinks, gifts, and plants. If you are looking for a sandwich recommendation, I highly recommend the Hurricane 🌀.

Their extensive vinegar and olive oil options are outrageous. Got lots of Christmas presents.

By far the best sandwiches I've ever had, anywhere. We take a trip out there once and a while, sometimes we pick up sandwiches to go on a picnic. We've introduced this place to so many people and they immediately go insane for it.

Please consider adding an online ordering option, it would make such a huge difference.

This is the 1st time I've ever had mulch delivered by them. I've been inside and had a sandwich before, and it's nice inside. But I needed mulch delivered. Their price was reasonable for 3.5 yards of black loose mulch. The guy who delivered it was personable and friendly, followed up with me, and delivered it just as expected. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
