Without a doubt the BEST florist there is — Alyssa is thoughtful, intentional, and wildly talented. Every arrangement I’ve ever received is absolutely stunning. My boyfriend orders flowers from here for me once a month, and every month they are unique, different, even themed. Not only does Alyssa listen to what ideas you have in mind, but she adds her own personal touch and brings those ideas to life. She even remembers what my favorite flowers are and adds them to the arrangements whenever she can. And on the rare occasion that Alyssa isn’t there, her team is just as wonderful!! I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else for flowers — sapphire florist is the absolute best!

I purchased a beautifully arranged floral piece for a celebration of life I was to attend in the afternoon . The shop attendant mentioned to me of their early closure that day. I dropped the ball and lost track of time. I called 5 minutes after closing and had to leave a message regarding my mistake. Thinking I was out of luck , I received a call back and with no hesitation they turned right back around so can pick up my arrangement. They went out of their way to help out their Costomer. I was very impressed by their patience and professionalism.

Great communication throughout the post purchase delivery. I received a call after placing an order at 4:45, today not expecting it to be delivered that evening, and they asked if the next day works. Of course, next day delivery!!!! Heck yes!! Thanks to your team for delivering to the current mom and making her room smell Devine.

I live out of state and from past disappointing experiences, I'm leery of ordering flowers from a florist I've not physically visited. More times than I can count, the floral received look nothing like the florist posted picture.
When I called Sapphire florist after checking out their website, and reading customer reviews, I felt reassured they would do a good job with my order.
I spoke to a very helpful person there, who warned me that they hadn't received their floral shipment yet, so replacement flowers may be used for the arrangement I ordered. "Oh great," I thought, another disappointing floral arrangement. BUT,
the gal I spoke to reassured me that the flowers would be the best and beautiful.
I trusted and was not disappointed.
The arrangement was even more beautiful than the pic. I was so pleased with the results and so was my niece, who texted me a pic. I'm not tech savvy to attach a photo here, but I Highly Recommend Sapphire Florists. I will use them again.

Ever since I started getting flowers here my vague instructions are always transformed into gorgeous arrangements. I could not be happier with the quality and service.

I noticed this flower shop driving along 19th street many times. I was browsing on their website and loved the Sapphire Special. I contacted the shop to ask if they would be able to do it on a different color scheme and they totally could. When it arrived, it was so gorgeous!! I loved the vintage looking vase in comes with too. This is a small business and I can notice the difference in their service and quality of the arrangement. I totally found my fave local florist!! I’ll definitely be ordering from them for special occasions.

Ordered a beautiful succulents arrangement as a get well surprise for a friend. Customer service was above and beyond, as I had called prior to placing my order online to ask a question but didn't realize they weren't open for the day. I did not leave a message, but the owner/manager cross referenced the missed call with my online order contact info and called me back anyway! He wanted to make sure I didn't have any issues placing my online order or any changes that I was calling in for. My friend absolutely loved the arrangement and it has brought her so much joy tending to the new additions to her succulents garden. I will continue to use and recommend the fantastic team at Sapphire!
